In this paper, two jujube trees of Jinyi and Chuangwang from 6 years old in the jujube test base of Majiahe Township,Yanchuan County,Yanan City were used as experimental materials to study humic acid,bio-organic fertilizer, humic acid+fertilizer alone and The effects of four different biofertilizers and biofertilizers on the growth, yield and quality of local jujube can provide scientific basis for fertilization. The results show:(1)When humic acid 0.5kg/plant was applied, the content of flavonoids in jujube fruit was the highest;when the amount of humic acid was 1.0kg/plant,the content of ash in jujube was the highest;when the amount of humic acid was 1.5kg/plant,the date weight and fruit of jujube were the largest, the diameter, circumference, and stem drying rate were the highest. The contents of Vc,protein, organic acid, total sugar and reducing sugar, and red dates were the highest in jujube fruit;the application of humic acid could increase SPAD value and edible rate of jujube leaf to some extent. However, the difference between treatments was not significant, and the effect on the length of jujube hanging was not significant.Application of different amounts of humic acid could increase soil water content, organic matter, and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content;soil available phosphorus content showed an increasing trend, but there was no significant difference among treatments;soil pH value showed a downward trend.Overall, the optimum amount of humic acid is 1.5 kg/plant.(2)When the amount of bio-organic fertilizer was 0.5 kg/plant,the content of flavonoids in the jujube was the highest;when the dosage of bio-organic fertilizer was 1.0 kg/plant,the date weight, fruit diameter, circumference, and dry weight of the jujube were the largest, and the jujube ash was the largest. The content and content of jujube were the highest. When the amount of bio-organic fertilizer was 1.5kg/plant,the content of Vc,protein, organic acid, total sugar and reducing sugar were the highest in jujube fruit;the application of bio-organic fertilizer could improve SPAD value of jujube leaf to a certain extent. And edible rate, but the difference between the treatments was not significant, and the effect on the length of jujube hanging was not significant. The application of different amounts of bio-organic fertilizer can increase the content of soil water content, organic matter, and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, and the content of available-phosphorus shows an increasing trend, but there is no significant difference among treatments.Overall, from the perspective of red jujube output, the optimum amount of bio-organic fertilizer is 1.0 kg/plant;from the perspective of jujube nutrition, the optimum amount of bio-organic fertilizer is 1.5 kg/plant.(3)When the amount of humic acid was 0.5 kg/plant,the amount of urea was 1.2 kg/plant,the amount of superphosphate was 1.2 kg/plant,and the amount of potassium sulfate was 0.8 kg/plant,the jujube fruit weight, fruit diameter and girth were the largest. The ash, flavonoids, organic acids, total sugar and reducing sugar content of jujube fruit, and red date yield were the highest;humic acid was 1.5 kg/plant,urea was 0.6 kg/plant,and superphosphate was 0.6 kg/plant,sulfuric acid When the potassium content was 0.4 kg/plant,the stem yield, protein and Vc content of the jujube fruit reached the maximum;the fertilizer application to a certain extent could increase the SPAD value and edible rate of the jujube leaf, but the difference between the treatments was not significant. The length of jujube hanging had no significant effect. Both humic acid and chemical fertilizers could increase soil water content, organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, and available phosphorus content, but there was no significant difference between treatments, and soil pH value showed a downward trend.Overall, the optimum dosage of humic acid was 0.5 kg/plant,the amount of urea was 1.2 kg/plant,the amount of superphosphate was 1.2 kg/plant,and the amount of potassium sulfate was 0.8 kg/plant.(4)When applying 0.5 kg/plant of bio-organic fertilizer,1.2 kg/plant of urea,1.2 kg/plant of superphosphate, and 0.8 kg/plant of potassium sulfate, the date weight of jujube fruit, fruit diameter of jujube fruit and the week The maximum length, dry yield, protein and organic acid content are the largest;1.0kg/plant of bioorganic fertilizer,0.9kg/plant of urea,0.9kg/plant of superphosphate and 0.6kg of potassium sulfate. At the time, the contents of ash, flavonoids, total sugar and reducing sugar of jujube were the highest;1.5 kg/plant of bio-organic fertilizer,0.6 kg/plant of urea,0.6 kg/plant of superphosphate, and potassium sulfate were used.At 0.4 kg/plant,the Vc content of jujube and jujube production both reached the maximum;the application of fertilizer to a certain extent can improve SPAD value and edible rate of jujube leaf, but the difference between treatments is not significant, and has no significant effect on the length of jujube hanging..Both organic bio-fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can increase soil water content, organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, and available phosphorus content in different proportions, but there was no significant difference among treatments, and there was no significant effect on soil pH.Taken together, under the conditions of this experiment, from the perspective of jujube output, the best combination treatment is 1.5 kg/plant of bio-organic fertilizer,0.6 kg/plant of urea, and 0.6 kg/plant of superphosphate. The dosage of potassium sulfate is 0.4 kg/plant.From the perspective of jujube nutrition, the best application is to apply 1.0 kg/plant of bio-organic fertilizer,0.9 kg/plant of urea,0.9 kg/plant of superphosphate, and potassium sulfate. The dosage is 0.6 kg/plant.
