Based on the problems of poor physical and chemical properties of soil,low yield and weak research on quality of rice in saline land,the effect of humic acid and reduced fertilization on yield and quality of rice in saline land were studied.The experiment was designed with two factors completely randomized,Humic acid dosage factor 4 levels:A0(0.0g/pot),A1(4.8g/pot),A2(12.0g/pot),A3(19.2g/pot);Fertilizer Fertilization factor 3 levels:B1(conventional dosage),B2(15%reduction in conventional dosage)and B3(30%reduction in conventional dosage).To clarify the effect of humic acid and reduced fertilization on rice yield quality in saline land,and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for high yield and high quality cultivation of rice in saline land.The main findings are as follows:1.The yield of A3 was highest,was increased 32.11%than that in A0.The number of panicles was the highest,and the number of panicles was increased than that in A0.Higher panicle number(r=0.94**)was the main factors for yield increased.The panicle weight and panicle length of A3 were the highest,which were 31.5%and 3.3%higher than that in A0,and the number of secondary branches and grains of A3 were the highest,which were 17.5%and 21.2%higher than that in A0.2.The efficient leaf area and high effective leaf area of A3 at full panicle stage were the largest,and the difference among different application rates was very significant,which were49.4%and 52.8%higher than that in A0,respectively.The dry matter accumulation of A3 at full heading time and maturity was the largest,increasing by 37.4%and 33.0%compared with A0.3.The net photosynthetic rate of A3 at tillering stage was significantly higher than that of A0,which was up to 22.7%higher than that of A0.The net photosynthetic rate of A3 at filling stage was up to 4.8%compared with A0,and the intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance increased by 3.29%and 22.14%compared with A0.4.Brown rice rate and milled rice rate in A3 was the highest,which was significantly 0.73%and 2.03%higher than that in other treatments,and the head rice rate in A3 was significantly3.42%higher than that of A0.Chalky rice rate and chalkiness degree in A3 was significantly lower than that of A0,and there was significant difference among the treatments.A3 were decreased 53.46%and 54.24%than A0,respectively.5.Reduction fertilization significantly reduced the number of panicles,B3 was 12.04%lower than B1,and decreased the theoretical yield of Kenjing8 obviously,B3 was 16.82%lower than B1,and the lower panicle number was the main factor for the decrease of yield.Reduction fertilization significantly reduced brown rice rate,B3 was 0.27%lower than B1,Amylose content increased significantly,B3 than B1 increased 0.25%.6.A3(19.2g/pot)combined with B3(30%reduction in conventional dosage),significantly improved the yield of Kenjing8,compared with A0B1(conventional fertilization)increased by7.00%;The brown rice rate and milled rice rate were increased by 0.37%and 1.59%compared with A0B1(conventional fertilization).Significantly improved the appearance quality,which the Chalky rice rate and chalkiness degree were decreased by 40.97%and 38.62%compared with A0B1(conventional fertilization).
