As a symbol of modern agriculture,Green ecological agriculture put forward a higher demand on the development of fertilizer and requirements.Humic acid fertilizer,one of the green pollution-free fertilizer,is widely used.Humic acid fertilizer not only can improve soil,promote crop growth,increase the efficiency of fertilizers,but also can increase crops resistance and improve the quality.The experiment studied the effects of humic acid fertilizer with different amount on greenhouse tomato growth,accumulation and distribution of plant nutrients,the fruit yield and quality,the soil microbial quantity and soil nutrient content changes,to explore the best applying amount of humic acid fertilizer for the growth of greenhouse tomatoes,so as to provide scientific basis for the application of humic acid fertilizer on tomato production.The results are as follows:1 under the condition of the experiment,the amount of humic acid fertilizer at 1200 kg/hm~2 is more suitable for the safe production of tomato in greenhouse.2 Compared to the control(Inorganic compound fertilizer),applying humic acid fertilizer can increase the number of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes.And with the increase of humic acid fertilizer quantity,the number of three kinds of bacteria have shown an increasing trend after the first decrease,The humic acid fertilizer at 1200 kg/hm~2 seems most conducive to the growth of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes.3 The amount of humic acid fertilizer at 1200 kg/hm~2 is better at improving plant biomass and nutrient accumulation of tomato.4 within a certain range,increasing application of humic acid fertilizer could increase the soluble sugar,lycopene,Vc,organic acid content of tomato fruit,thus to improve the quality of tomato.When the humic acid fertilizer was applied over a certain range,it still has the effect of improving the quality of tomato,but the effect is not obvious.5 Each humic acid fertilizer treatment in this study can significantly increased the yield,when compared with control.And with the increase of humic acid fertilizer application,tomato yield showed a decrease trend after the first upward.The humic acid fertilizer at 1200 kg/hm~2 has the highest yield,and increased by 10.26% when compared with the control.6 With the deepening of soil,the available N,P and K in the soil of each treatment was mostly first decreased and then increased slightly again trend to decrease.An appropriate amount of himic acid fertilizer application can reduce N leaching to deep soil,while the excessive humicacid fertilizer application would promote N to the deep leaching;Compared with the humic acid fertilizer,the available P content with inorganic compound fertilizer treated remains higher,and the trend leaching to the deep soil is more obvious;After applying the humic acid fertilizer or inorganic compound fertilizer,the available K has the trend of leaching to deep soil,and the difference is not very significant.Throughout the residues in the soil layer,available N,P and K were mainly accumulated in the soil of 0-20 cm and 30-40 cm soil layer.When the humic acid fertilizer at 300 kg/hm~2 and 1200 kg/hm~2,the available N,P and K of soil remained lower.
