The pepper is one of important economic plants,for there are much trace elements and nutrition elements and high edible value.The cultivation area of pepper was increase with year,and the product and quality of pepper was decrease,with continuous cropping peanut is common phenomena.The object of this research is explore the technology to suppression the obstacles of continuous cropping by using CaCN2 and biological fertilizer.Analysis the infect of CaCN2 and different fertilizer in soil physicochemist properties and biological properties and pepper physiology and qualities.Which the result of the research will observe the theoretical foundation for overcome the soil-borne diseases.The results had been shown in the fellow.The application of CaCN2 can increased the pH of continuous cropping pepper soil with transited from acid to neutral,it also can improve soil total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium content,but little influence on total phosphorus and available phosphorus in soil.CaCN2 and chemical fertilizer and biological fertilizer can improve physical and chemical properties of continuous cropping pepper soil,and the treatments of middle and high amount of CaCN2 with biological fertilizer treatment effect is better than the other treatments.The number of bacteria and actinomycetes in pepper continuous cropping soil were increased,but reduced the number of fungi by using CaCN2,the content of soil microbial carbon and nitrogen and soil urease activity also can be significantly improved.The soil cellulase activity cannot be significantly increased,but the activity of soil invertase and phosphatase activity can be significantly increased by using CaCN2 and biological fertilizer.The treatment of CaCN2 and biological fertilizer significantly improved the microbial diversity of rhizosphere soil.The chlorophyll content of pepper leaves and photosynthetic capacity improved by using CaCN2.The activity of nitrate reductase of the treatment of CaCN2 and biological fertilizer was significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer.The application of CaCN2 and biological fertilizer significantly improved the root vitality of the pepper,and it was better than the treatment of single CaCN2.Application of CaCN2 can reduce the incidence of bacterial wilt of pepper,and the incidence of bacterial wilt is significantly reduced by using middle and high CaCN2 and biological fertilizer.The average ground and root fresh weight of middle content CaCN2 were significantly higher than the content of highest and lowest.The above results show that the CaCN2 has a good effect on the inhibition of pepper,especially the medium and high volume treatment.Moreover,the processing of biological organic fertilizer was effective in the yield and quality of capsaicin,as well as the improved soil properties.Therefore,combining with the effect of application and economic cost,the obstacles of continuous cropping was prevented by the treatment of CaCN2 and biological fertilizer.
