ABSTACT:Facility agriculture is developing rapidly in our country, and it is animportant direction of strategic structural adjustment of agriculture, meanwhile, it isan important means to increase the income of farmers and the agricultural efficiency. But as a result of many years of continuous cropping and unreasonable watermanagement, the continuous cropping obstacle has a significant bad effect on thesustainable development of agriculture, performing the increased soil diseases andinsect pests in facilities, poor quality and low yield. Therefore, basing on previousresearch, this study used6strains of bacteria with the function of growth-promotingand antagonism G28-6,G15-7, K9-3, A21-4, L14-2, R2-1on the rice culture to doscreening, and the screened bacteria with accessories (humic acid, chicken manureand amino acids) were mixed as microbial fertilizer according to certain proportion.Pepper pot tested in the seven years of continuous cropping soil, this study analyzedthe morphological and physiological indicators of pepper, the influence of soilphysical and chemical properties and soil enzyme activity, and the prevention effect ofpepper soil spread of phytophthora disease to provide effective ways and means ofbiological for controlling continuous cropping obstacle for facilities. The main resultswere as follows:1. The6strains of bacteria of waiting for screening were cultivated in the ricemedium and were screened after combining with material. According to the bacteriagrowth speed, it was determined that the best training time was3days on rice culturemedium, and A21-4, G15-7, G28-6were the best bacteria to adapt to the growingenvironment combined with accessories.2. The microbial fertilizers were composed of the screened A21-4, G15-7, G28-6and accessories (humic acid, chicken manure and amino acids) according to a certainproportion, with the way of individual bacteria or compound bacteria. CK1(EM1),CK2(accessories), CK3(water) were as a reference for the soil treatment, itsperformance in pepper morphological and physiological indicators were follows: theBF had a plant height and stem diameter, compared with CK3, the plant height ratioincreased25.0%and the stem diameter increased24.6%than that of CK2;contrastwith CK2and CK3, the microbial fertilizer treatments had a significant difference at dry and fresh weight, but there was no significant difference between the bacterialmanure treatment; AF leaf chlorophyll content was61.30%higher than CK2, and rootactivity was68.53%higher than CK2, the microbial fertilizer treatment werebeneficial to increase the chlorophyll content and root activity and promoted thegrowth of plants.3. The effect results of different processing for continuous cropping in soil physicaland chemical properties were as follows:microbial fertilizer treatment had a highcontent of organic matter than CK2, and pH value increased, and EC value decreased,as microbial fertilizer could promote the formation of humus and the transformationof other material, so it resulted in a higher organic matter content, the reduced soilacidification and the alleviated the degree of soil salinization; The soil availablenitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content is the highest33.55%,22.67%,18.31%than CK2respectively, it stated that microbial fertilizers couldincrease the soil enzyme activity and promote the transformation of soil nutrienteffectively; Soil catalase have been gradually rising, fell in the late, and soil ureaseactivity decreased in the early stage, and the change of phosphatase were not obviousbetween individual processing, and its trend was rise former below latter, with BFeffect was the best, but individual bacterial and composite bacterial manure treatmenthad no obvious difference.4. The resistance identification results of pepper treated with phytophthorashowed that both individual bacteria and composite bacterial had a certain effectincreasing the pepper disease resistance, and had a higher leaf defense enzymeactivity POD, PAL, SOD than CK2(accessories), CK3(water); The microbialfertilizer treatments had a higher rhizosphere soil microbial colonization,106cfu.g-1;after treated with microbial fertilizers, it had effect obviously in prevention andcontrol of pepper phytophthora, BF, CF incidence were0, and CK2and CK3were58.33%.
