This experiment aimed to the research of meteorological conditions,phenotypic traits of tea leaves,the ingredients of fresh leafs and green tea,and the quality of green tea in spring and summer which in 4 main clones of tea plantation in 5 ecological areas such as the Mufu Mountain area in Eastem Hunan and Luoxiao Mountain,the Nanling in southem Hunan and Dongting Lake area,the Xuefeng Mountain area in Middle Hunan,the Wuling Mountain area of westem Hunan.It discussed the adaptability of the main clonal tea varieties in different regions,and to provide the scientific basis for breeding of varieties of different ecological regions and planting of clonal tea varieties.1.The results showed that the same varieties of different ecological zones,Fuding Dabai in Guzhang has the best performance,it buds stout,the length was 30.30%longer that in Changsha.In Guzhang the best performance was Zhuyeqi,its bud head Thicker and higher yield,single bud length 29%higher than that in Changsha.Baihaoza in Changsha,the best performance,bud stout,the output and the backbone of branches thicker,1 bud 2leaves 25%longer than that in Guzhang.Bixiangzao was the best performance in Liuyang,its buds stout,1 bud 2 leaves longer than GuZhang 13.8%.The same ecological zone in the different varieties,Baihaozao as the best performance in Changsha,single buds and 1 buds 2leaves more stout,single buds than Fuding large white 27.23%.Bixiangzao is best in Anhua,1 bud 1 leaves and 1 buds 2 leaves are stout,single bud length is 6.06%higher than that of Bixiangzao,and the yield of Bixiangzao inAnhua and Zhuyeqi were higher and the buds are thicker;Fudingdabai was better in Guzhang,buds were tstronger,1 buds 2 leaves l6.90%longer than Bixiangzao.Zhuyeqi was the best performance in Hengnan,bud and 1bud 1 leaf and 1 bud 2 leaves are stout,single buds were 13.06%longer than Fudingdabai.2.The results of yeild showed that one bud one leaves picked in spring(from 22th in March to 12th in April)the highest yield was Bixiangzao in Anhua,which was480.48kg/hm~2.The highest yield was Bixiangzao Changsha,which were 288.51kg/hm~2.The highest yield in Guzhang was Zhuyeqi,which was up to 144.10kg/hm~2.In Liuyang the production of Fudingdaba was the highest,up to 220.59kg/hm~2.In Hengnan,Baihaozao was the highest up to 159.50kg/hm~2.It means that the same strain has different suits in different regions and different strains have differences in the same place.3.The research of spring green tea showed that the amino acid highest in Changsha was Baihaozao,2.82%,in Anhua was Fudingdabai was 2.97%,in Guzhang was Bixiangzao3.54%,in Liuyan was Zhuyeq 3.12%,and in Hengnanthe was Fudingdabai3.3%.4.Fresh leaves in spring showed that the highest amino acid Changsh was Bixiangzao and Baihaozao,which content was2.25%.In Anhua the highest was Baihaozao3.11%.In Guzhang the highest amino acid was Bixiangzao 2.70%,in Liuyang was Baihaozao 3.65%and in Hengnan Fudingdabai 3.11%was the highest.5.The results of sensory evaluation showed that Bixiangzao had good adaptability in Changsha and Hengnan,and the sensory quality scores were higher.Baihaozao was better in Hengnan and Guzhang,and the sensory quality scores were higher.In Guzhang,Hengnan and Liuyang the adaptability of Zhuyeqi was better,sensory quality score was higher.Fudingdabai in Changsha and Hengnan has better adaptability,sensory quality score was higher.6.The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between tea polyphenols and tea soil pH in spring and summer(P=-0.606**,P=-0.706**).There was a significantnegative correlation between soil potassium and water extract(P=-0.637**).There was a significant positive correlation between the amino acid of fresh tea leaves and the PH value in tea soil(P=0.499*).The average annual rainfall in spring was positively correlated with the water extract of fresh tea leaves(P=0.886*).7.According to the experimental study,it is suggested to promote the middle late-aged varieties of Castanopsis lanceolata in Guzhang,and match which early Bixiangzao.In Changsha,early-aged Bixiangzao should be promoted.In Liuyang it should promote middle-late-age Zhuyeqi,match with early aged Baihaozao.In Hengnan it should promote the middle-late-age Zhuyeqi,appropriate with early aged Bixiangzao.
