Studies On Quality And Yield Adaptability Of Special Tobacco In Different Ecological Areas Of Hunan Province

In this paper, agronomic character, chemical composition and the products of two kind of tobacco were studied in different ecological areas of Hunan province. And the adaptability to ecological environment of two type of tobacco was analyzed.This experiment was preceded in the farmland of different ecological areas, namely: the farmland of Hunan agricultural university, Changde city, Chengzhou city was chosen. Two different types of tobacco were adopted in the experiment, Yunyan87 and K326. The experiment arranged three times repeats at random. Before sowing, the whole nitrogen, the whole phosphorus, alkaline potash, quick-acting phosphorus, quick-acting potash, organic matter of soil and the PH were determined. After harvest, the soluble sugar, reducing sugar, the whole nitrogen, potassium(K), nicotine, starch were determined., Changes in different ecological areas were studied. And the relation between the targets and climate factors was determined.The result of economical character of this experiment showed that: The growing rate of leaf area is hoist first and then reduce. Both the Yunyan87 and the K326's leaf area is the same: Changde is the fastest, then Changsha, then Chengzhou; The stem length was creasing, to the Yunyan87 Chengzhou's length is the longest, then Changsha, then Changde, and to K326 it is Chengzhou, then Changde, then Changsha; The stem girth was creasing too, and It showed Chengzhou is the fastest, then Changde, then Changsha, and K326's stem girth is bigger than Yunyan87's; The growth duration were different, Changde 's is longer than Changsha's , and then Chengzhou.The result of chemic character of this experiment showed that:: The nicotine was increase with the gowning up; the whole nitrogen was decreasing with the gowning up, and the whole nitrogen content is like this ,Chengzhou, then Changde then Changsha; The potassium content is Changde, then Chengzhou, then Changsha, and K236 is more than Yunyan 87; the changing tendency of the whole sugar and the reducing sugar is the same, hoist first and then reduce, and it shows the order is Changde, then Changsha, and then Chengzhou; The content of starch is also hoist first...
