This paper aims to study the chemical and biological treatment effects on crops straw nutritional value.Test using four different methods(contrast,alkaline treatment,urea,mushroom processing)of five different straw,rice straw,wheat straw,barley straw,corn straw,soybean straw)for processing.Determination of conventional nutrients before and after processing.Three different treatment of different straw dry matter(DM)and crude ash(CA)and always(GE)did not change significantly;Urea process of different crop straw crude protein(CP)were significantly increased(P < 0.05),mushroom processing of soybean straw crude protein(CP)also increased significantly(P < 0.05),which is beneficial to promote it as a ruminant livestock forage value of roughage;After different treatment of different crop stalks NDF and ADF are significantly reduced,the effect is obvious.Test option 4 first time(2-3),weight(kg),480-580 and similar age of dried milk period holstein fistula cows by nylon bag method was developed for the determination of processing of straw rumen degradation properties of DM,NDF,ADF.Test option 4 first time(2-3),weight(kg),480-580 and similar age of dried milk period holstein fistula cows by nylon bag method was developed for the determination of processing of straw rumen degradation properties of DM,NDF,ADF.Results show that the three kinds of different processed and nutrient composition of different straw biodegradable sex has been significantly improved,forage value improvement.Five different straw fiber material in the rumen content when starting got rapid degradation,after 12 hours of disappear rate were significantly increased;At different time points and then within 72 hours of maintaining a relatively stable slowly increase trend.Acid detergent fiber(ADF)is composed of lignin,cellulose and silica,etc.,is a part of the straw is the most difficult to digest,lignin because of its unique structure,can hardly be rumen microbial decomposition,so the content of the straw is generally low.Different treatment for different straw degradation rate is much affected by its own characteristics,because of DM,CP,NDF and ADF content is different,in the rumen degradation rate and the degradation characteristics is different also,for small intestine digestible crude protein and dry matter of potential is also different.After different chemical treatment and biological treatment of DM degradation efficiency is untreated,alkaline treatment of rice straw effective degradation rate is highest,increased by 16.02%(P < 0.05),showed that alkaline treatment after rice straw is the most effective degradation.Three kinds of processing of barley straw,wheat straw,corn straw and soybean straw effective degradation rate were the highest,increased by 7.11%,11.27%,4.68% and 11.27%,respectively,showed that urea process of barley straw,wheat straw,corn straw and soybean straw can get the most effective degradation.Three different treatment of barley straw,corn straw and soybean straw is untreated,neutral detergent fiber content and acid detergent fiber content were significantly decreased(p < 0.05).Helps improve ruminant tumor infiltration gastric juice and the activity of rumen microorganisms,thus improving crop straw palatability,feed intake and digestibility.
