| The brittle mutant rice refers to a mutation that increases the brittleness of the rice stalk and is a common type of rice mutant. It has the advantages of easy identification in the field, easy crushing of straw and high rate of transgenic emergence. This study focuses on the brittle mutant material Kefujing 7(Family 7)as the main research object. The research mainly carried out aerobic degradation, anaerobic degradation, chemical treatment enzymolysis experiments on straw, and subsequently verified differently through field experiments.Effects of nitrogen treatment methods on brittle mutant rice. The main findings are as follows:1.Analysis of physicochemical properties of straw: through the determination of the composition of straw,it was found that the rice straw of Kefujing 7 was significantly reduced in cellulose, the hemicellulose was significantly increased, and the lignin was not significantly changed; The rice carbon to nitrogen ratio was measured and found that there was no significant difference between the two rice carbon to nitrogen ratios;the results of rice straw porosity measurements showed that the porosity of Kefujing 7 was greater than that of Yangjing 113.2.Anaerobic degradation of straw: through the measurement of straw loss rate, cellulose degradation rate, hemicellulose degradation rate, lignin degradation rate, the results showed that Kefujing 7 had straw loss rate, cellulose degradation rate, hemicellulose The degradation rates were significantly higher than Yangjing 113.3.Aerobic degradation: The experiment mainly measured the soil respiration and soil aggregates. The results showed that the total amount of soil respiration of Kefujing 7 was significantly higher than that of Yangjing 113.There was no significant difference in the dry sieve soil aggregates(DR0.25)between the two straws treated with the same crushing degree;the wet sieve soil aggregates(WR0.25)treated with Kefujing No.7 rice straw was significantly higher than that of Yangjing 113 treatment;the average weight diameter(MWD)of the Kefujing 7 treatment was significantly higher than that of the Yangjing 113 treatment, and the soil destruction rate(PAD)was significantly lower than that of the Yangjing 113 treatment, indicating that Kefujing 7 was used to improve soil stability Has a significant effect.4.Chemical degradation test: Through acid-alkali pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis of straw, sheath and leaves, the results showed that Kefujing 7 was significantly higher than Yangjing 113 in stem, sheath and leaves after acid-base treatment. The cellulose degradation rate and cellulose content are predicted, and there is a certain linear relationship between cellulose content and straw degradation rate y =-7.5781 x + 230.49(R2 = 0.9193).5.Field experiment: The experiment found that the 10% reduction in nitrogen loss control and 10% reduction in nitrogen loss control treatment compared with the conventional total nitrogen fertilizer treatment,in glutamine synthetase and nitrate reductase,as well as the number of ears and grains per mu,1000-grain weight, etc. There is no significant difference, and the grain yield is significantly higher than conventional full-scale treatment.Comparing the two nitrogen reduction treatments, the compound fertilizer treatment can significantly increase the number of ears per mu,but the number of spikes per ear is significantly lower than that of the controlled loss urea nitrogen reduction10% treatment.Loss-controlling fertilizer can effectively improve rice yield and quality, reduce nitrogen waste, and improve nitrogen utilization efficiency. |
