| In this study, four tests were conducted. The first test studied the different level of ureaã€sodium hydroxide and compound treatment on the influence of the chemical composition and freegossypol content in spent mushroom(Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate (SMS). Artificial rumenfermentation technology was used to evaluate the fermentation charateristics of SMS by differentchemical treatment. Then the associative effects between compound treatment SMS and hybridpenisetum was studied in artificial rumen fermentation. And further verified the feeding value ofSMS by animal feeding experiments, aims at providing the theory basis for the utilization SMS.Experiment1, this study was carried out to study the effects of different chemical treatmentson the chemical composition and free gossypol content in SMS. SMS was treated with sodiumhydroxide(NaOH) at3%,4%or5%dry matter, urea(CO(NH2)2) at3%,4%or5%or theircombinations, respectively. The materials were left at normal temperature for50days,a total of16treatments,6replicates for each treatment. The results indicated: the nutritional value of SMS wasimproved by different chemical treatments, the content of free gossypol was reduced significantly;and the effect is more obvious with the increase of adding level.5%NaOH+5%CO(NH2)2wasthe best treatment, compared with the control group, significantly reduced the ADF, NDF, ADLand ADIP, NDIP, free gossypol content (P <0.01), significantly increased the NPN, SP (P <0.05),significantly improves the CP, Ash (P <0.01); Carbohydrate and Protein fractions in the CNCPS,significantly reduced the fractions CC and PC (P <0.01), significantly increased the fractions CB1,PA and PB2(P <0.01), significantly increased the fraction CB2(P <0.05), but the fractions CA,PB1and PB3were not effected (P>0.05).Experiment2, this study was carried out to evaluate the fermentation charateristics of SMSby different chemical treatment in artificial rumen fermentation. SMS was treated with NaOH at5%dry matter, CO(NH2)2at5%or their combinations, respectively. Untreatment was the controlgroup, a total of4treatments,3replicates for each treatment. The fermentation substrate was0.4gSMS by different treatment. Determine the gas production, pH value, organic matter digestibility(IVOMD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) concentration, microbial protein (MCP) generation andvolatile fatty acid (VFA) generation of6,12,24,48,72hours point. The results indicated: the ferme-ntation characteristics of SMS by different chemical treat was improved in72hours.5%NaOH+ 5%CO(NH2)2was the best treatment, compared with the control group, the gas produc-tion, gasproduction potential, IVOMD, MCP and TVFA were increased by17.22%(P <0.001),13.65%(P <0.001),15.91%(P <0.001),5.63%(P <0.001),20.80%(P <0.001), respectively. pH andNH3-N concentration were higher than the control group, but were not beyond the normal level.Experiment3, Using the artificial rumen fermentation method studied the composition ratioof the combined treatmented SMS and Hybrid penisetum. The fermentation substrate is:0.12gconcentrate add0.28g coarse material (combined treatmented SMS and Hybrid penisetum), theroughage composition ratio separated five mixture group by combined trearmented SMS andHybrid penisetum, the ratio range is that0:100(SMS0),15:85(SMS15),30:70(SMS30),45:55(SMS45)and60:40(SMS605), three replicates for each combination. Record the gas production,pH, the degradation rate of organic matter (IVOMD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), microbial crudeprotein (MCP) and volatile fatty acid (VFA) generation of6,12,24,48,72hours point, and madea comprehensive assessment by multiple-factors associative effect index (MFAEI) from gasproduction, IVOMD, MCP and TVFA generation, conclude the best mixture. The test results showthat, compered to the control group (SMS0), the MFAEI in the mixture groups of SMS15andSMS30showed positive value, and others showed negative value, conclusion that, the groupmixture of SMS15and SMS30is the best combination between SMS and Hybrid penisetum.Experiment4: selection of80healthy Simmental Crossbred Beef, body weight224.94±17.16kg, divided into four groups for30days feeding trial, each group20. Conventional diets wasused to control group, The total mixed ration containing4%urea-treatment SMS was10%,20%,30%in experimental group â… ã€â…¡ã€â…¢, respectively. The results show that, during the experimentthe performance of each group of experimental cattle were health and no adverse symptoms;compared with the control group, the average daily gain in experimental group â… , â…¡wereincreased by7.14%(P>0.05),3.06%(P>0.05),respectively, experimental group III was reducedby12.24%(P>0.05); the ratio of feed and gain in group â… , â…¡ were reduce by5.42%(P>0.05),1.28%(P>0.05), respectively, experimental group III was increased by11.80%(P>0.05);economic benefits of the experimental group â… , â…¡ were increased by28.02%,19.04%,respectively, experimental group III was decreased by20.05%. |
