Rice is one of China's three major food crops,rice yield can not be separated from the cultivation of fine varieties,good varieties in the promotion before the situation field trials must be carried out for production testing,to eliminate poor quality varieties.harvest as a community rice breeding field production of the last link is one of the most important links,the requirement for seed harvesting machinery is that after each harvest of a variety of rice seeds,the machine can not have residues,to prevent the different varieties mixed together.Although there are some research on the harvesting machinery in our country,it is mainly based on the threshing machine,and most of them are designed for the wheat seed harvesting.The common problem is poor and the residual problem is still prominent.For the rice breeding and harvesting machinery,Especially in the hills and mountains of rice seed combine harvesters are almost blank.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designed a high efficiency,low residue,versatility and good adaptability to the combination of rice breeding in southern hilly and mountainous area,combined with the topography and topography of the southern hilly area without residue.Machine supporting threshing and grain processing device,the main work is as follows.(1)Through the market research and analysis,the 4LZ-0.8 type small-scale combine harvester which can better adapt to the small field operation in the hilly and mountainous areas in the south is selected as the research object,and its structural characteristics and the causes of the residual are analyzed.(2)The basic characteristics of breeding rice were tested,mainly for the length of spike head,suspension velocity,friction characteristics and water content of rice,and the residual law of threshing device was tested.(3)The overall design of the threshing and grain processing plant was determined.The main factors affecting the residual clean-up were obtained by analyzing the grain residual process and the key parts of the gravel and the key components.,For the follow-up test to provide relevant basis.The CFD and EDEM software were used to analyze the gas flow field in the threshing device and the winnower to verify the feasibility of the residual theory.(4)The grain residue was used as the evaluation index,select the feed volume,moisture content,threshing length,guide duct inlet wind speed,winnower speed as the factors of this test,The single factor test of the maximum feed rate at different wind speeds was obtained by comparing the water content,the threshing length and the wind speed of the duct.on the basis of the single factor test,the feed quantity,the wind speed of the duct,the three factors of the speed of the wind turbine,the quadratic regressionorthogonal rotation combination test,the regression model of each factor and the evaluation index is established,and the relevant influence between the two factors is analyzed.By optimizing the solution and the verification test,the residual amount in the device was 0.18 g when the feed rate was 06 kg / s,the inlet wind speed was 12 m / s,the rotational speed of the bulb was 1000 r / min and the threshing length was 50 cm.
