In order to understand the antibody level of FMD in Tianjin,7639serumsamples were collected during the period from January to December in2013.Theresults show that6491samples(percent about84.97%) titer were good by usingLiquid Blocking ELISA Kit of FMD.The antibodies pass rate was breeding farm,scale farm,small farm from high to low based ondifferent scale.The immune antibodylevel in suburb was higher than outer suburbs.The highest antibody level was detectedin in May and November.The antibodies pass rate from high to low was sows,fattening pigs,piglets, weanling pig.2176serum sampleswere detected by3ABC-I-ELISA test in order to nalysis theimmune effect of inactivated vaccine.The results show that44samples were positivewhich indicating that prevention and control of FMD was the threat in differentregions in Tianjin. Thus a comprehensive prevention and control measures to theimmune prevention, daily management and emergency management were developedas a whole method to prevent the occurrence of foot and mouth disease in Tianjinarea.
