Accumulation Of Cadmium And Some Trace Elements In Brown Rice Of Different Rice Varieties

Abstract/Summary:
Cadmium is a poisonous element,which is harmful to human health.The migration of soil-staple crop-food is the primary approach for human intake of heavy metals in the environment.As the main staple crop in our country,rice should be concerned with the Cd content of brown rice in Cd contaminated soil.The content of elements absorbed in Rice Varieties with different rice varieties was significantly different.Taking 17conventional high quality varieties of indica rice as the research objects,field experiments were carried out in polluted soil.The contents of heavy metals of Cd,Pb,As and beneficial trace elements of Cu,Zn,Mn,Se,Ca and Mg and the interaction between Cd and other elements were studied.The aim was to screen out rice varieties of heavy metal Cd with low accumulation of brown rice,and to mitigate the effects of rice on human health and provide technical references for the safe production of rice in contaminated soil.The main results show that:(1)The Cd content range of rice varieties in brown rice was 1.88-3.57 mg·kg-1,all varieties of brown rice of Cd content in brown rice superego the limit of 0.20 mg·kg-1.The content of Cd in brown rice of Mabayinzhan was the lowest.The content of Cd in brown rice of Meixiangzhan-2 was the highest.(2)The Cd content of brown rice in different rice varieties was significantly different,and the coefficient of variation of brown rice Cd was 16.7%.There were eight rice varieties of enrichment coefficient more than 1 that the accumulation ability of Cd is strong.It has certain guiding value and significance for screening out the heavy metal Cd and low accumulation rice varieties of brown rice.(3)The correlation analysis of elements in different varieties of brown rice showed that the content of Cd was negatively correlated with Se.The content of Cd was significant negatively correlated with the content of As.The accumulation of Cd and As,Se in brown rice was antagonistic.(4)The results of principal component analysis showed that the content of Cu that Yuenongsimiao absorption in brown rice was more than other varieties of rice.The brown rice of Mabayinzhan,Mabaxinyinzhan,Zhaoxiangzhan had the content of As,Se,Zn and Mn than other varieties of rice.The content of brown rice of Meixiangzhan-2 absorbed the content of Pb was the highest.The contents of Zn,As,Se and Cu in the brown rice of Huangguangranzhan,Huanghuazhan,Kelong were the highest.The other varieties of brown rice absorbed Cd and Pb were much more than those varieties.(5)The contents of Cu,Zn,Mn,Se,Ca were different in all the varieties of brown rice.Huangguangruanzhan had the higher contents of Cu,Zn,Mn,Se,Ca,and it also had the lower contents of Cd in all the varieties.Considering the risk of food,Huangguangruanzhan was superior to other varieties.
