| With the deepening of research on feed additives,the research on microecological preparations has become more and more concerned.Based on this,I combined the research status of microecological preparations at home and abroad to explore the use effect of compound trace element bacteria as an additive in drinking water.The purpose of this experiment is to study the performance of compound trace element bacteria drinking water in eliminating laying hens and trace amounts in eggs.The influence of elemental deposition is expected to study the nutrient characteristics of compound trace element bacteria resources and animal production in depth.At the same time,it is also a new way to develop compound trace element bacteria,large-scale production practice in animal husbandry,and improvement of feed resource shortage in China.The situation of unreasonable distribution provides a reference for the subsequent research on the research of composite trace element bacteria.The 540-day-old Hailan brown shells with similar body weight,normal appetite and good health were used to eliminate 96 laying hens,which were divided into 3 trials by single factor test design:Experiment 1:Investigate the effects of drinking water with different concentrations of bacteria on the performance of laying hens and the deposition of trace elements in eggs.The laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups,32 in each group.Group A was the control group,and group B and C were tested.Group,pre-test 7 days,test period 28 days,each group of feed nutrients are the same,group B hens add 0.1%lactic acid bacteria combined with trace element bacteria in drinking water,group C hens add 0.2%lactic acid bacteria compound in drinking water Trace element bacteria.Experiment 2:To investigate the effects of inactivated and non-inactivated microbial drinking water on the performance of laying hens and the deposition of trace elements in eggs.The laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups,32 in each group,group A was the control group,group B,Group C was the experimental group.The pre-test was 7 days and the test period was 28 days.The nutrition of each group was the same.The drinking water in group B was added with 0.2%active lactic acid bacteria combined with trace element bacteria,and the group C was added to drinking water.0.2%inactivated lactic acid bacteria combined with trace element bacteria.Experiment 3:To explore the effects of drinking water from different microbial agents on the performance of laying hens and the deposition of trace elements in eggs.The laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups,24 in each group,of which group A was the control group,group B,group C,and D.The group was the experimental group,the pre-test was 7 days,and the test period was 28 days.Each group of feed has the same nutrient composition.Add 0.2%lactic acid bacteria combined with trace element bacteria in the drinking water of group B.The drinking water in group C is 0.2%yeast combined with trace element bacteria,and group D is drinking water.0.2%of lactic acid bacteria plus yeast complex bacteria were added.After the end of the test,the production performance,egg quality and the content of trace elements in the eggs were determined.The results showed that in experiment 1,the egg weight of group C was higher than that of control group and group B,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the egg-to-egg ratio of group C was lower than that of control group and group B,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The Haugh units of the two groups were higher than the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The deposition of iron in the eggs of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The deposition of zinc and selenium was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In experiment 2,the egg production rate of group B was higher than that of control group and C group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the Ha’ s unit of group B was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),lower than group C.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).The deposition of copper in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The deposition of zinc in eggs of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In experiment 3,the egg production rate and Haugh’ s unit of the three groups were higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),but the difference between the three groups was not significant(P>0.05);the three groups of the experimental group The deposition of iron in eggs was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The deposition of copper in the eggs of group D was lower than that of group C,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In summary,the use of compound trace element microbial agents has a good effect on improving the performance of laying hens,improving egg quality,and increasing the amount of trace elements deposited in eggs.Through comprehensive analysis and comparison,0.2%of the lactic acid bacteria plus yeast composite bacteria agent has the best effect in the production of laying hens,and can be popularized and used. |
