Aquaculture has always been the key development field of agriculture in Guangzhou.With the increasing demand for aquatic products,the aquaculture industry in Guangzhou has developed rapidly,and the scale of industrial high density breeding is expanding.At the same time,the discharge of wastewater and industrial and domestic sewage has caused serious pollution to the coastal waters.The ecological environment of the aquaculture industry has been damaged,resulting in frequent diseases in aquaculture.In the past,antibiotics were used to control the disease of aquatic animals and played a positive role.In recent years,microecological agents have been paid more and more attention in aquaculture.With the rapid development of aquaculture industry,the industry of aquatic feed is also flourishing.Now,the use of imported distiller's grains protein feed(DDGS)is widely used as a protein source,but the use of imported products is easily affected by the fluctuation of source and foreign price.If we can study the protein source products that can replace the imported DDGS,it will effectively reduce the cost of farming and protect the sustainable development of domestic aquaculture industry.In this experiment,the effect of aquatic microecologic agent on the aquaculture water of grass carp and the effect of corn sugar residue instead of imported DDGS on the growth performance of grass carp were tested.1)aquatic microecological preparation test was carried out in a common fish pond.There were 2 experimental groups: " FeiYuHuan " experimental group and lactic acid bacteria test group seperate.The experiment group of " FeiYuHuan " set up 4 groups of experimental fish ponds,the control group(F1,F2 group)only fed the basic feed,the experimental group(F3,F4)group fed the basic feed and sprinkling the microecological preparation " FeiYuHuan " in the whole pool;the lactic acid bacteria test group set up 4 experimental fish ponds,the control group(L1 group)fed the basic feed only,and the group L2 fed the feed mixed the basic feed of lactic acid bacteria liquid,group L3 and group L4 feed the basic feed of lactic acid bacteria liquid and sprinkle lactic acid bacteria in the whole pond.During the test,each fish pond was placed in 3000 healthy,uniform sized grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)per mu.The experiment was carried out in April 2016.The lactic acid bacteria test lasted for a period of 37 d,and the "fat fishing" test lasted for a period of 14 d.The water quality of aquaculture water was tested and analyzed,and the effect of adding lactic acid bacteria preparation and microecological preparation " FeiYuHuan " on the water quality of grass carp was explored.2)The experiment of corn sugar residue instead of imported corn DDGS was tested in the culture box,a total of 6 experimental groups,each group set 4 parallel,each parallel to 25 grass carp.The experimental group increased the content of corn sugar residue instead of imported corn DDGS(corn sugar residue is 0,3%,6%,9%,12%,15%),the test period is 56 d.The effect of corn sugar residue instead of imported corn DDGS on the growth of grass carp was explored by analyzing the growth index,feed coefficient and survival rate of grass carp.The main results were as follows:1.In this experiment,the test group of lactic acid bacteria and the test group of " FeiYuHuan " were more stable than the control group in the change of the water body pH,and could keep the acidity and alkalinity more suitable for the culture.All the cultured water of the test group showed weak alkalinity.The effect of lactic acid bacteria test group is better in regulating ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water body.When ammonia nitrogen rises in aquaculture water,the minimum increase of L2 group is 376.1%.When nitrite nitrogen has a rising trend,it can restrain up and recover to lower level in 3D(0.20mg/L).The L1 group of lactic acid bacteria test group The increase of acid salt content is the smallest.The preparation of lactic acid bacteria and " FeiYuHuan " has a certain effect on the utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus in water.It can be controlled in the low concentration fluctuation.The preparation of " FeiYuHuan " has obvious effect on the improvement of water nutrition.2.The experiment found that with the increase of the proportion of corn sugar residue in the test feed to replace the imported corn DDGS,the weight gain rate of grass carp decreased gradually,the feed coefficient was gradually rising,and the survival rate between the experimental groups was not significantly different.When the corn sugar residue with the content of 6% replaced the imported corn DDGS,the grass carp The growth performance index did not decrease obviously,the feed coefficient was 1.02.The substitution of corn sugar residue with the content of 6% to replace the imported corn DDGS had no effect on the growth of grass carp,and at the same time it could reduce the cost of culture.In summary,in these experiments,Lactobacillus preparation and microecological preparation such as "FeiYuHuan" and other microecological preparations have certain effect in improving water quality and improving the culture environment in grass carp culture.The preparation of lactic acid bacteria can be applied to grass carp by feeding and sprinkling the grass carp,and it has a good application scope for the culture of grass carp.The use of 6% corn sugar residue in the feed of grass carp can replace the imported corn DDGS,which will not affect the growth of the grass carp,at the same time,it can reduce the cost of culture and raise the efficiency of the culture.
