Abstract/Summary:
The effects of soybean meal and rice polishings replaced by corn distillers dried grains with soluble (corn DDGS) on growth performance and body composition in grass carp and carp. The contents and results are summarized as follow:In Expt.1:In order to study the effects of soybean meal replaced by corn distillers dried grains with soluble (corn DDGS) on growth performance and body composition in grass.400trail of grass carps [(14.50±0.02) g] were randomly separated into5treatments (4replications,20grass carps per replicate).five diets,A(0%corn DDGS),B(7.8%corn DDGS), C(15.6%corn DDGS), D(24.2%corn DDGS) and E(32.8%corn DDGS) were formulated for grass carp in different treatments. After sixty days feeding, the results showed that treatments below24.2%of corn DDGS had no significant difference on growth performance(P>0.05). In32.8%can reduce significantly the growth performance(P<0.05). The body composition had no significantly difference(P>0.05).In Expt.2:In order to study the effects of rice polishings replaced by corn distillers dried grains with soluble (corn DDGS) on growth performance and body composition in grass carp.300trail of grass carps [(150) g] were randomly separated into5treatments (3replications,20grass carps per replicate).five diets,A(0%corn DDGS), B(5%corn DDGS), C(10%corn DDGS), D(15%corn DDGS) and E(20%corn DDGS) were formulated for grass carp in different treatments. After sixty days feeding, the results showed that treatments below20%of com DDGS had no significant difference on growth performance(P>0.05).The body composition had no significantly difference(P>0.05).In Expt.3:In order to study the effects of soybean meal and rice polishings replaced by corn distillers dried grains with soluble (corn DDGS) on growth performance and body composition in carp.540trail of carp [(34.25±0.01) g] were randomly separated into6treatments (3replications,30carps per replicate).six diets,A(0%corn DDGS), B(6%corn DDGS), C(12%corn DDGS), D(18%corn DDGS),E(24%corn DDGS) and F(30%corn DDGS) were formulated for carp in different treatments. After sixty days feeding, the results showed that treatments below24%of corn DDGS had no significant difference on growth performance(P>0.05). In30%can reduce significantly the growth performance(P<0.05).The body composition had no significantly difference(P>0.05).
