With the continuous development of animal husbandry in China,the environmental problems of livestock and poultry breeding industry are increasingly prominent.In recent years,the outside fermenting bed has become one of the main models to deal with the feces of livestock and poultry.However,the price and geographical limitations of the fermented mattress have influenced the operation and popularization of the fermented bed.In this paper,bagasse was used as a substitute for padding,and the optimum substitution ratio and screening suitable fermentation agent were studied.The factors affecting the bagasse replacement bed and its mechanism were investigated.The operation effect of bagasse was determined by field application test outside the house.This paper can provide reference for the application and operation management of bagasse in the fermentation bed outside the house.This paper is divided into three parts.One is to determine the suitable replacement proportion of bagasse: with sawdust: =1:1 as a traditional cushion,the mixture of bagasse and traditional padding,1 blank groups(traditional mats),5 test groups(different proportions of bagasse),3 repetitions in each group,by the study of bagasse.The optimum ratio of water absorption and porosity under the same ratio was determined.The two is to select the compound fungi suitable for bagasse padding,and to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of bagasse replacement bed.This experiment is used to select three kinds of compound fungi which are applied to the traditional padding effect on the market,and compare the fermentation effect with the traditional padding.The operating factors and mechanism of bagasse padding were clarified by microorganism sequencing,real-time quantitative PCR technology and physical and chemical indexes,which were suitable for the fermentation of bagasse compound.The three is to study the application effect of the bagasse compound cushion under the conditions of the scene.The test set the type of padding material and two factors to add the bacteria,design the cross test,set up 4 test treatment groups,each treatment group 3 repeat,the test period is 30 days.The main results are as follows:(1)The saturated water absorption and instantaneous water absorption performance of the bagasse compound ratio of 40% and 30% were significantly greater than that of the compound ratio of 70%,60% and 50%(P<0.05),but all were significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.05).The total porosity of the group with 70% and 60% in the bagasse group decreased obviously,while the group with the proportion of 40% and 30%had a significant rise in the beginning of the experiment.The group with the proportions of40% showed a strong water evaporation in the experiment of fractionated water adding,indicating that it had a certain hydrophobicity.The content of wood chips in the group of bagasse 40% and 30% was 30% and 35% respectively.Under the condition that the difference of water absorption and porosity in the two groups was not significant,the comprehensive economic consideration was taken.The compound ratio of bagasse is 40%,which is more suitable as a compound fermentation mat.(2)The fermenting agent can significantly increase the bed temperature of the fermentation bed.The average temperature of the blank group(without the addition of fermentation agent),the animal degradation treasure group,the lordong bacteria group and the Taihua enzyme group bed at 12,respectively,is 44.41 ± 0.45?,46.28 ± 0.47?,46.39± 0.46?,46.20 ± 0.43?,respectively.Adding exogenous fermentation bacteria can enhance the ability of nitrogen conservation,nitrogen conversion and degradation of organic matter in bed,effectively reduce the C/N of the heap,enhance the urease content and catalase activity of the bed,improve the microecological structure of the bed,promote the degradation of pig manure and the formation of soluble carbon,and strengthen the degradation performance of the fermentation bed.In all aspects of performance,three kinds of exogenous inoculants were the best and the second was livestock degradation.(3)The field application test showed that the addition of bagasse could significantly increase the temperature of the bed bed(P<0.05).The bagasse compound mat had better nitrogen retention capacity and accelerated the degradation of organic matter.It could significantly promote the decrease of the bed C/N(P<0.05),which was consistent with the previous results.But under the same conditions,the bagasse group was more than the traditional one.Because the moisture content of the padding group is high,it is necessary to manage better in actual production and application to regulate the water content of the stack and avoid the dead bed.To sum up,the use of bagasse to replace the original padding is feasible,the optimum proportion is bagasse: traditional =4:6,adding loco or animal degradation treasure to thebagasse padding,but it is necessary to strengthen the field management in practical application and control the water content of the heap,so as to ensure the efficient operation of the sugarcane bagasse fermentation bed.
