With the development of modern intensive pig raising, swine productivity is improving, while at the same time, it brings amount of livestock waste, this may cause environmental pollution, so how to deal with the pig manure is a top consideration in the development of modern pig industry. Fermentation bed is one of the measures to solve this problem, and good results were obtained in production practice. At present, the commercial species and native species is the main species, the traditional fermentation bed and commercial strains of variable quality, prices are relatively high, the introduction of native species application effect is poor, lead to the production cost is high, the profit is low, so need to selecting suitable for species in the region to alternative to reduce the production cost, improve the economic benefits.Suitable for screening in northwest areas of fermentation bed pig species, Lanzhou local indigenous bacteria, cellulose decomposing bacteria and preserved in our laboratory, commercial strains were used as material, through simulation fermentation test bed. Establish the seven processing combination, respectively is: 100% indigenous bacteria(A1), 100% cellulose decomposition microbes(A2), 100% commercial fermentation strains(A3), 30% indigenous strains + 70% cellulose decomposition microbes(B1), 70% indigenous strains + 30% cellulose decomposition microbes(B2),50% indigenous strains + 50% cellulose decomposition microbes(B3), don’t add any fermentation strains(CK). the trial period for a total of 60 d, 10 d for fermentation mature stage, every 7d for phase 1, a total of 7 period, starting from yeast after cooked, every 7d add pig manure at 10 AM.Before the test, 25 d, 40 d to A1, A2, B1, B2 and B3 treatment groups to add the same amount of bacteria and nutrient solution at 15 PM.By measuring the temperature, p H value, organic matter, total nitrogen, crude fiber, ammonium nitrogen and other indicators, cost analysis, the comprehensive assessment of the effect of fermentation fermentation bed,get the following results:1) From the fermentation temperature, adding 70% indigenous strains + 30%cellulose decomposition microbes(B2), the highest average temperature at 30 cm(37.66±1.32 ℃), and significant difference with the other groups(P<0.05).2) In the whole test process, A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 and B3 group of p H value is alwaysless than CK group, among them, the B2 group of p H is lowest, significantly lower than that of CK group(P<0.05).All the experimental p H at between 7.0~8.5, within the scope of the suitable for microbial growth.3)NH4-N early rising fast, after reaching the maximum, due to large amounts of nitrogen fixation of microbial activity and NH3 volatilization, content gradually reduce, through 6 cycle, A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 and B3 NH4-N content is significantly lower than that of CK group(P<0.05).4) C/N in the whole test process, presents the declining trend, among them, A1, B2 and B3 decline significantly greater than other groups(P<0.05), through 7 cycle, the experimental group of C/N remained at more than 20, And B2 group C/N decrease stability, the final C/N minimum(21.24±0.46).5) Overall declining crude fiber content of the test group, and the degradation rate showed a trend of decline after rising first, one in 11~35d maximum degradation rate. After fermentation 42 d, A2, B2 group total crude fiber degradation rate were 44.38% and45.08%,higher than CK group of 7.44% and 8.14%.6)Total nitrogen and organic matter content in the experiment group overall trends to decrease. Total nitrogen content, reduced by 36.8%, 33.3%, 29.6%, 30.4%, 27.1%, 38.6%and 27.1%,Organic content, compared with the original was reduced by 12.15%, 9.97%,11.47%, 11.53%, 11.66%, 12.07%, 12.76%.7) Cost analysis results showed, the production cost of per cubic meter, no significant difference among B1, B2 and B3 group, the cost of A1 group was minimum, the highest cost of A3.The above results show that the B2 group of fermentation temperature is relatively high, suitable p H, C/N adjust good, after fermentation, high nutrient content of nutrition, overall fermentation is the most ideal effect. Comprehensive economic factors, under this experimental condition, the initial 70% indigenous strains + 30% the combination of cellulose decomposition was used fermentation bed effect is better.
