Sugarcane bagasse contains abundant cellulose biomass, its nutritional value and palatability can be improved after treatment, therefore,it is a kind of promising sources of animal feed.Wasterwater from alcoholic fermentation of molasses(WAFM)is by-product of molasses alcohol industry, rich in kinds of nutrients necessary which animals and plants or microbial need.Rcently, the research on feed production of sugarcane mixed WAFM become increasingly widespread, but focused mainly on the improvement of protein content and lack of evidence supporting for palatability and flavor. The lignocellulose of sugarcane bagasse were degraded with white rot fungi and Aspergillus niger, which aimed to improve the palatability;secondly, the sugarcane bagasse after treatment biologically mixed WAFM were fermented by solid fermentation with lactic bacteria community, and the nutritional value have been evaluated.Take practical production in consideration, the technology of mixed feed has been optimized and the technical feasibility has been assessed. The concrete results are summarized as follows:(1)The four factors, including solid-liquid ratio, fermentation temperature, the proportion of inoculation and the fermentation time has been researched.According to the results of the single factor orthogonal experiments, different levels of the four factors significantly affected the degration of NDF,ADF and ADL of sugarcane bagasse cellulose.Solid-liquid ratio, fermentation temperature and proportion of inoculation were selected for three factors and three levels orthogonal experiments. With the minimum of sum of squares of deviation from mean as error term, the results of orthogonal experiments showed that solid-liquid and fermentation temperature were the extremely significant factors(p<0.01)on the degration of sugarcane bagasse and the factor of fermentation time was the significant factors(p<0.05).The optimal parameters of degration technology of sugarcane bagasse were solid-liquid ratio 1:3.fermentation temperature 30 ?.the proportion of inoculation 4:1(white rot fungi to Aspergillus niger)and tlhe fermentation time 30 d.After validation.the NDF content was 70.97±1.47%and the NDF content degradation rate was 18.87%;The ADF content was 50.77±0.77%and the degradation rate was 18.32%;The ADL content was 12.51±0.85%and the degradation rate was 17.67%.Compared with the treatment before optimization, the effect of degration was increasingly increased, which indicated the technology of degration was feasible, promoted effectively the degration of sugarcane bagasse, and beneficial to improve the palatability of sugarcane bagasse feed.(2)A group of lactic bacteria was isolated from silage straw based by limiting continuous culture method and identified by its morphological and 16S rDNA.The results showed the lactic bacteria community included Lactobacillus,Pediococcus pentosaceus,Pediococcus and Enterococcus faecalis. The fermentation optimal conditions was pH=6.3-6.5(natural pH),temperature 37?.Sugarcane bagasse mixed WAFM was fermented with the group of lactic bacteria, with lactic acid content as the main index, and taking pH and lactic acid bacteria amounts in consideration, the effect of ratio of sugarcane to WAFM,the adding of carbon source, the adding of nitrogen source and inoculation level on fermentation were studied. The single factor experimental results showed that the ratio of sugarcane to WAFM,the adding of carbon source and inoculation level were significantly factors(p<0.05),the factor of adding of nitrogen source undistinguished factor(p>0.05).The results of three factors and three levels orthogonal experiments showed that the optimal parameters of fermentation technology are the ratio of sugarcane to WAFM 1:1.5,initial sugar content 9%,inoculum 15%.After fermentation validation, the pH is 3.99±0.02,lactic acid content is 3.11±%,and lactic acid bacteria amounts is 1.86x105 CFU/g,The quality of fermentation is better than other treatment by quality evaluation. Therefore, sugarcane bagasse mixed WAFM fermented with the group of lactic acid bacteria help to improve the mixed feed quality.(3)Combined with production into account.the optimal fermentation technology of sugarcane bagasse feed was evaluated again.Namely sugarcane bagasse without biological pretreatment, directly mixed WAFM by solid state fermentation with lactic acid bateria,so the design process and technical feasibility was assessed.Assessment results showed that the technical design was scientific and rational, and advanced process equipment was applied. The project used more advanced equipment, more advanced production technology, scientific and rational plan,in line with advanced technology, suitability, adequacy, and security principles.
