Design Of "One Film For Two Years" Corn Direct Seeding Machine Device

As one of the three major food crops in China,corn is the largest grain crop planted at present.Therefore,the mechanization of corn has become the most important task.Gansu province is located in the west of China,located in the mother river upstream of the three plateaus(loess,Qinghai Tibet and Mongolia)intersection.With its superior geographical location,vigorously develop the advantages of corn planting obvious.The corn mainly adopts the whole plastic film mulching on double furrow sowing maize planting,film mature domestic R & D planter almost all roller,the sowing is easy to produce film picking and scraping film,surrounding soil disturbance caused by seed,seed germination problems such as long cycle.In this paper,aiming at the problem of sowing corn mechanization in Northwest China,with Gansu to meet the requirements of corn planting conditions and agronomic,design speed compensation mechanism and strong emission mechanism,and the core mechanism of conjugate cam mechanism is composed of strong emission intensity calculation and motion simulation,the results calculated by the conjugate cam strength under 100N/m2 stress and the stress value is less than the material yield stress;by the motion simulation results show that the conjugate cam conjugate cam is accurate and reliable,without interference between parts.Forward speed compensation mechanism by rotating guide bar drive parallel four bar mechanism makes the duckbill from sowing to leave buried soil this time metering film relative to the horizontal displacement is almost zero,the motion simulation of structure shows that the forward speed compensation mechanism design can realize static ground seeding,effectively avoid the phenomenon of tear film.The strong row mechanism is used to remove the corn seeds from the population,the seeds fall into the duckbill,and the seeds are released into the seed bed by forcing the duckbill duck to open the duckbill.After calculation,the diameter of the eye wheel is 46 mm.Pocket wheel circumference setting 7 rows of holes,hole wheel angular velocity of 0.61 PI rad/s.The design of "one film two years" direct seeding machine solves the problems of high hole rate of traditional corn seeder and unreliable opening of duckbill mouth,which has certain practical significance.
