| This experiment analyzed the agronomic traits,quality traits and yield traits of 107 germplasm resources imported from the International Potato Center.In this experiment,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),genetic diversity analysis of phenotypic traits and the effect of storage time on its quality were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the selection and comprehensive evaluation of potato germplasm resources.The main results of this test are as follows:(1)the results of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)show that:In the matrix of target layer and standard layer,the proportion of yield characters N2 is the largest,followed by quality trait N3,and agronomic traits N1 has the smallest weight.The weight of chlorophyll content P4 was the largest in agronomic traits,and the weight value of single plant yield P6 was the largest in yield traits,and the weight value occupied by dry matter P9 in nutritional quality traits was the highest.The results of dimensionless treatment and comprehensive score showed that the imported germplasm materials were divided into 5 categories: 19 parts of the first class,and their yield and quality traits were excellent.It was an important base material for selecting excellent varieties;second category 26 were of medium type;the third and fourth groups were 45;the fifth species were 17.The fifth species were 17.Copy.The comprehensive performance of the germplasm materials with higher score was also better.The total yield and commodity rate of the varieties with less comprehensive scores were not high.The characters observed in the field test were inferior and could not meet the needs of production.This can be used indirectly as a parent material for breeding new varieties.(2)the genetic diversity of phenotypic traits was analyzed.The coefficient of variation is the highest in the genetic diversity analysis of phenotypic traits,and the coefficient of variation is minimum in the growth period.Each phenotypic trait value has a certain concentration,the emergence rate is mainly concentrated in 60%~90%;plant height is the most concentrated in 50~70cm;the stem diameter is most concentrated in 10~15mm;the growth period is mainly concentrated in 110~130d;the number of single plants is mainly concentrated in 3~9;the yield of single plant is concentrated in 200~400g;the rate of commercial product is concentrated in 70%~90%;the dry matter content is 20%.~25%.These materials occupy a large number and occupy the majority of the whole germplasm.They occupy 80.72%,76.8%,73.6%,76.2%,73.7%,78.5%,73.4% and 83.2% of the total germplasm materials respectively.In the analysis of potato phenotypic traits,the content of dry matter has a very significant positive correlation with plant height,stem diameter,yield per plant,and commodity rate.It shows that the amount of dry matter in potato is disturbed by various factors,and is greatly influenced by the environment conditions;the rate of potato and the coarse stem of the potato are the same.There was a significant positive correlation between yield per plant and plant height,negatively correlated with the number of tubers per plant and not related to the growth period.It shows that the potato commodity rate is greatly influenced by the stem diameter.The increase in the number of single tubers does not increase the yield.On the contrary,the increase of the number of knots leads to the decline of the yield.There is a very close relationship between the characteristics of the arts and the relationship between the total yield and the plant height and the stem diameter,indicating that the upper part of the plant should be paid special attention to in the breeding process of the potato varieties.By the principal component analysis,its eigenvector and contribution rate are obtained,and the cumulative contribution rate of the first 6 principal components is reached to 76.16,representing 76.16% of the total information of the genetic information.(3)analysis of nutritional quality of potatoes by storage time:There are 5 varieties with high dry matter content,which are C90,C54,C124,C119,C107,and 5 varieties with high protein content,which are C124,C56,C90,C10,C119,and 5 varieties with low soluble sugar content,C38,C69,reducing and reducing,respectively,and 5 varieties with low reducing sugar content,respectively 8,C69,C88;5 varieties with high starch content,namely C124,C107,C46,C10 and C81. |
