This issue is supported by the national key research and development plan of natural grassland efficient harvesting process technology and key equipment research and development(No.2016YFD0701702).At present,the lateral finger plate rake is more application in the domestic market.The market share has been squeezed,because of the relationship between seasonality,production costs and profits.These factors limit the development of the domestic rake,many domestic products are directly copied from foreign products.But the exact relation between the structure and the correlative parameters are not clear.In the realistic use,there are many quality problems with the rake,for example rake-tooth fracture and low efficiency.These problems reduce economic benefits,so we should deeply studies the key technologies of reducing its losses.Based on theory analysis and simulation analysis,the working process of the lateral finger plate rake is studied.This paper studied the structure and working principle of the rake,the motion of the finger-wheel and the tine were analyzed respectively,find out the causes of the loss(the structural parameters,motion parameters and the influence of rake under impurities on the meadow).After finding out the reason,the loss and motion rule of tine under the effects of various factors were analyzed.Analyses the deformation of the spring tooth under different working conditions,the purpose is explore the influence of the leakage rate.Using virtual prototyping technology,analyzes refers to the rotate speed of the wheel,the machine speed,wheel wheelbase,wheel working angles,wheel tilt angle influenced of the motion law of the spring-tooth end.,It is found that the wheel wheelbase has a great influence on the area of the leakage area,and almost no effect on acceleration,other factors have great influence on the acceleration;aim at the force on the impact of elastic claw on a rock,and put forward the solution;analysis the structure of the rake by vibration.,to establish different excitation input channels,and influence on elastic claw movement.Response Surface Methodology was applied to optimized the parameter combination about configuration and motion parameters,with structure parameters,motional parameters and the acceleration and area of leakage response.The result shows the area of leakage and the minimum acceleration of the tine can be decreased 26.75% and 5.9%.As example of motion parameters,using the orthogonal test to analysis and optimize,the outcome of the orthogonal test and response surface method have consistency,so,the correctness of the optimization is proved by orthogonal test and response surface method.Through deeply studies the key technologies of reducing its losses,we find out the best combination of the structural parameters and motion parameters,it reduces its losses in the working process and realizes its high efficient and low losses.The research results have theoretical reference value to the subsequent research of high efficient and low losses.
