Conservation farming techniques can protect the ecological environment and reduce the cost of crop production so that agriculture can continue to develop.With the conservation of farming technology in China has been vigorously promoted,and now it has been in our country has been generally recognized.In China to form a "surface cover,less tillage and no-tillage,joint operation" as the key technology of conservation tillage system,through the joint operation,water conservation,soil fertility,in order to achieve sustainable development of agriculture.No-tillage planter is one of the important techniques of conservation tillage.The seeding quality of no-till planter directly affects the yield of crops.The crop species,operating environment and agronomic requirements are different in different regions.The R & D design can be applied to different areas.Farming planter is very important.The seed cleaning technology is the main factor affecting the effect of no-tillage planter.Therefore,the seed cleaning device of no-tillage planter is very important.In this paper,according to the model of maize conservation tillage in Northeast China,The technical requirements of the cutting device and the motion curve of the disc harrow,and then designed a kind of bed cleaning mechanism with concave claw structure.In this paper,the concave-claw-clear stubble mechanism interacts with the soil under the traction of the no-till planter,and makes the claws turn and the working claws pick up and turn the straws under the reaction force of the soil.To clean up the purpose of the bed.Through the theoretical analysis,the main structural parameters of the cutting mechanism are as follows: the radius of the curvature of the concave disk is 1346 mm,the diameter of stubble clearance wheel disc is 320 mm,and the number of the claws of the clear wheel is 12.Through kinematics and dynamics analysis,the following are the main factors influencing the cleanliness of the seedling mechanism: for example,the speed of the no-tillage planter,the depth of the clear soil and the deflection TheThrough the comparison experiment between the traditional flat crop mechanism and the concave claw type clear stubble mechanism.Under the influence of the same factor level,the indexes of the crop structure and the clear stubble rate and other reference test indexes of the same structural parameters were analyzed.The results showed that the effect of the above-The results of the flat crop and the total straw and soil are lower than those of the flat crop.Therefore,the concave-claw-clearing mechanism designed in this paper has the value of in-depth study.In this paper,simulation analysis and field experiment combined with the test means,thus ensuring the reliability of the test results.The mechanism of the crop system-ground system under the conditions of straw crushing and returning to field was established to simulate the operation of the crop mechanism under different factors and different levels.The main test index of the simulation experiment is the crop rate,and the reference test index is the total force from the soil and the straw,and the rate of straw turning.According to the design principle of Box-Behnken Design combination in Design-Expert software,the field experiment is carried out.The field test index is the clear crop rate.Through the optimization of the test data,the best work of the concave and clear crop mechanism is analyzed Parameter combination.Based on the results of EDEM simulation experiment and field experiment,the optimal data combination of concave jaw type clear stubble mechanism is obtained as follows: the stubble clearance wheel and the working direction of no-tillage planter is 37.5°,the operating speed is 2.77m/s,the soil contacting depth is 70 mm.The stubble clearance mechanism designed in this paper could effectively clean the seedbed and prevent the blocking of instrument,which,in the meantime,is suitable for the uniform ridge farming mode of maize as well as the wide and narrow row farming mode of maize.In this paper,the design of the concave claw clear crop mechanism,as well as the clear crop mechanism test indicators(crop rate and other reference indicators)test results of a comprehensive analysis and conclusions.Which provides a theoretical basis for the seedbed cleaning equipment under the condition of straw returning to field.The designed EDEM simulation model has some reference significance for the simulation analysis of the crop mechanism under the condition of straw returning to field.
