Soy lecithin(SL)is an important nutritional supplement.Has its unique nutritional value.As an animal feed additive,soybean lecithin can not only provide energy and some essential fatty acids and other nutrients for animal body,but also can improve the utilization of remaining resources.Valine,lysine,arginine,glutamic acid,and other functional amino acids can effectively regulate the development of the mammary gland of the sow.In order to study the effect of soybean lecithin on reproductive performance of sows,480 pregnant sow hybrids with the same gestational age and body condition were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into 4 groups,The test period began on the 100 th day of gestation and ended on 21 st postpartum.The drinking water was free throughout the trial and the feeding was carried out on a daily basis at the farm.Record the total litter size,litter size,litter size,number of weaned pigs,survival rate,litter size,weaning weight,labor duration,litter interval,and sows’ daily feed intake within two weeks before birth.Quantity,postpartum 21 d daily feed intake,weaning estrus interval,umbilical cord diameter,placenta area and thickness,backfat thickness at each stage,blood physiological and biochemical indicators,etc.,and analysis of the effect of soybean lecithin on sow performance and blood physical and chemical parameters.The test results show that:1)There was no significant increase in the litter size of sows litter fed with different additives.There was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05).2)Soybean lecithin group had a significant effect on the birth weight and litter weight of piglets(P<0.05),and had a significant effect on litter weight at 21 days(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in other indicators,but the live rate,daily weight gain,and weaning weight of 21 days in each trial were better than those in the control group.3)Soy lecithin compound group has a significant effect on the production process(P<0.05),which is shorter than that of the control group(25.02min);the effect of litter spacing was very significant(P<0.01),and 4.2min was shortened.The difference between the test group A and the test group C was significant,and the A of the test group was shorter than the test group C,and the 2.87 min was shortened.4)The feed intake of the soy lecithin combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group(5.08%,P<0.01),and the average daily feed intake of the sows at 21 days postpartum was significantly higher than that of the control group.P<0.01),increased by 11.86%(P<0.01),2.88%(P>0.05),and 8.33%(P<0.01),respectively.5)There was significant difference in the thickness of placenta in the 3 experimental groups(P<0.05),and the difference of umbilical cord diameter,placental surface area,total placental weight and placental efficiency was not significant(P>0.05).6)There was no significant difference in backfat between the four groups at 100 days of gestation.on the 110 day of pregnancy,there was a significant difference between the Soy lecithin compound group and the control group(P<0.05).From 100 days of pregnancy to 110 days of pregnancy,the back fat of the 4 groups increased 0.07 cm,1.09 cm,1.17 cm,0.5cm respectively;when weaning,as for the thickness of back fat,the difference between the Soybean lecithin compound group,soy lecithin and similar product groups and the control group was very significant(P<0.01);the change of back fat during lactation is the same as the change of back fat during the weaning period.7)As for the interval between weaning and estrus,the difference between the Soybean lecithin compound group and the control group was very significant(P<0.01).The 3 test groups were 0.94 days(P<0.01),0.44 days(P>0.05)and 0.55(P>0.05)days less than the estrus interval of weaning in the control group.The one week estrus rate increased by 6.24%,1.87%,and 2.79% respectively.8)The Soybean lecithin compound group had no significant effect on the milk composition of sows(P>0.05),but the fat content was higher than that of the control group.9)Blood physiological and biochemical indicators: about total blood protein(TP),the difference between the Soybean lecithin compound group and the blank control group was significant(P<0.05),and the difference of the other indexes is not significant.As for the total protein(TP),glucose(GLu)content and high density lipoprotein hypercholesterolemia(HDL-C),the number of red blood cell(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),hemoglobin concentration of hemoglobin(HGB),platelet count(PLT),lymphocyte count(LVM),lymphocyte percentage(LVM%)the Soybean lecithin compound group was higher than the control group;as for low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC),the mean platelet volume(MPV),the Soybean lecithin compound group was lower than the control group.In summary,soy lecithin has a significant effect on the reproductive performance of sows.The physical and chemical indicators of blood,in addition to the total blood protein and the control group,significant differences,the remaining indicators are not significantly different,the results of this study is conducive to the study of soy lecithin The product is used in production. |
