Laser grader as a new agricultural technology production,which combines laser technology and hydraulic technology,more and more widely used in China's land operations.The technology can effectively improve land formation and increase irrigation rate,which is one of the most popular water-saving technologies.At present,most of the laser grader are basically able to achieve height control of the height direction of the leveling shovel,but there is less research on the horizontal balance control.Often paddy fields in the actual operation,due to up and down of the mud land mass,easily lead to a larger tractor left and right levels,making the tractor fuselage tilting,driving the ground shaking around the machine can not always maintain the balance in the horizontal direction,making the quality of land operations up to less than the required requirements.In order to improve the quality of leveling work and realize the leveling control of laser grader in the horizontal direction,this study adopted the mainstream of modern automation control technology and sensor technology,and designed a paddy field laser grading machine system.The main research contents include:(1)The hydraulic system is designed based on the laser ground system.The hydraulic system structure and working principle are introduced.The use of Automation Studio software to simulate and analyze the hydraulic system to effectively simulate the hydraulic system functions,and build its mathematical model.Through the hydraulic cylinder size and suspension mechanical structure analysis,to further verify the system reliability.(2)The sensor system is designed based on the laser ground system.The laser emitter and receiver system and the tilt sensor system are designed respectively,which makes the system control the elevation and the level.(3)The control system of laser leveling system is designed.The control strategy of leveling control strategy of twin cylinder and the control decision of nine modes are analyzed.At the same time,the function of the controller is designed,and the reasonable control algorithm is used to realize its control system Function to meet the control needs.(4)Land leveling test of dryland and paddy field was carried out to test the system performance based on the laser ground system.Compared with the conventional land leveling machine,the absolute improvement of the system before and after land leveling is increased by50%,the relative improvement degree is increased by 18.6% and the land error level is less than1%.In paddy land leveling test,the absolute improvement degree before and after leveling increased 57.7%,the relative improvement degree increased 27.8% and the land error level was less than 5%.
