GNSS( global navigation satellite system). It is the general name of the all navigation satellite system.The America’s GNSS positioning system is the most useful system in the world.GNSS control technology belongs to the a hi-tech field related to many subjects such as GNSS,mechanics, microelectronics and hydraulics. Land leveling with the control of GNSS technology is an accepted method with highest accuracy among the land leveling techniques at present in the world. It is an important way to increase the land irrigation quality, improve the crop seedbed conditions, actualize "fine agriculture" and build modern agriculture of land irrigation., Our mission of the research is to develop a set ofhydraulic control system and study the control performance of the GNSS land-leveling machine with highprecision and efficiency, lower price, simple operation and excellent matching with the middle powertractor in common use in our country.In order to improve the level of paddy land, it is necessary to change the condition of paddy soil surface. It can improve the utilization rate of irrigation water in paddy field and control the growth of weeds, improve the use efficiency of fertilizer. In order to solve the paddy field leveling problem, we improved the grader for paddy field. We put the GNSS of paddy field leveling automatic control system on the machine, it can improve the grader for paddy field work efficiency, reduce the driver’s labor intensity, improve the leveling precision and the ground operation effect of paddy field. This paper will briefly describe the satellite navigation and positioning system, expounds its application in the automatic control system in a paddy field leveling, then we discusses the structure and principle of the paddy field GNSS grader based on RTK-GNSS technology, and compared it with the conventional flat machine, Finally we draws the conclusion of the study design.After the driver can preset the hight according to the idea he thought,the GNSS motor grader automatic control system started to carry out automatic leveling,so as to realize the automatic operation, ensure the grader can do the right land leveling according to preset precise flat elevation.This system has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, work is not affected by the weather, the elevation control precision can reach 10cm(+ 5cm), and it can fully use the existing tractor navigation precision GNSS receiver and RTK differential station on the farm,, saving equipment investment. Innovative research by setting the parameters of software to control the flat shovel telescoping cylinder speed control of hydraulic solenoid valve duty cycle, to control the flow of hydraulic oil, scraper lifting speed regulation, to avoid the flat shovel overshoot concussion, effects of plain accuracy.
