The Lamb Of Gaolan Farm Diarrheal Disease Epidemiology Investigation And Prevention

Lamb diarrhea is a common disease which caused by many factors,affecting the growth and development of lamb and causing higher death of lambs.This study mainly aims at Gaolan county standardization farm lamb diarrhea disease etiology,symptoms and its prevention,control and so on.Through the sampling questionnaire survey,field investigation and laboratory detection methods,we found that the annual average incidence of Gaolan lamb diarrhea was 34.61%,and mortality was 19.7%.As to the life of the lamb and survival constitutes was great threat.Therefore,Investigation and analysis the cause of the lamb diarrhea,and carries on the effective prevention will have extremely important significance on sheep industry.Through the clinical symptoms and pathological anatomy combined with bacteriological detection,it was found that the pathogenic bacteria that caused the diarrhea of lamb in Gaolan country were mainly E.coli,leading to severe diarrhea of the lamb.The result of drug efficacy comparation experiment showed that ofloxacin injection and gold of fluconazole more suitable for treatment Gaolan lamb diarrhea than other drugs.The cure rate is high and above 90%,92.31% and 90.91%,respectively.So to explore the cause of diarrhea lamb,study the method of prevention and cure of Gaolan sheep good generates an important impact on sustainable development.The results will provide technical reference for the lamb diarrhea prevention and control.Through secondary prevention measures,for the breeding and lambing time diarrheal disease with the lamb,the correlation research,data analysis,focus on breeding in 7 to 9 month in December to the following two years to produce winter lamb,than traditional 7 to 9 months and 10 to 11 month scatter breeding,producing winter and lamb,and the incidence of lamb diarrhea dropped 9%.The clinical trial and error and combined with the actual situation of Gaolan county mutton sheep breeding,worked out to prevent(to promote prevention check,health and epidemic prevention,vaccine and drug prevention)is given priority to,strengthen the management of auxiliary(optimize sheep breeding management,strengthening the management of the lamb),ofloxacin injection and gold of fluconazole combined medication,comprehensive prevention and control mode.Through the implementation of prevention and control mode,the average lamb diarrhea morbidity and mortality rates was decreased to 10.8%.
