Research On The Integration Of Beef Cattle Industry Chain In Anhui Province

Herbivorous animal husbandry is an important branch of modern agriculture.The development of grass-grass husbandry and animal husbandry is a major step towards advancing agricultural restructuring in Anhui Province and promoting supply-side structural reforms for the realization of comprehensive utilization of resources and the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry,for the continued growth of farmers’ income,and for fighting poverty,and for the implementation of the strategy for rural regeneration.The realization of industrial prosperity has important strategic and practical significance.This article first analyzes the development status of beef cattle industry in Anhui Province.The research shows that:(1)The quantity of beef cattle and the amount of beef production: From the late 1990 s to the beginning of the 21 st century,the quantity and production of beef cattle in the province declined year by year.Especially in2004-2007,the decline was relatively large.However,with the development of large-scale farming and the further stabilization of the demand for beef by residents,the annual output and output of beef cattle have become more stable since 2008.(2)Breeding situation of beef cattle: The number of free-range breeding for individual units and farmers decreased,and the scale of large-scale breeding and industrialization of beef cattle continued to increase.Various types of new-type breeding subjects,including family farms and professional cooperatives,flourished and became the backbone of beef cattle breeding.The scaled farms(cells)have become the trend of beef cattle breeding in Anhui Province.(3)The slaughtering and processing of beef cattle: With the emergence of large-scale beef cattle breeding,the development of the slaughter and processing industry has also been promoted.A group of enterprises with large scales and strong slaughter capacity have emerged,but the small-scale slaughter and processing households generally have operating rates.Low,overcapacity.(4)Consumption of beef: China’s beef consumption level lags far behind that of world developed beef consumption.The contradiction between the shortage of beef products and the growing demand of the people is the biggest obstacle to the development of the beef industry in Anhui Province,and the consumption of beef in China.The regions are mainly concentrated in urban areas,where the consumption of beef is lower in rural areas than in urban areas.Secondly,through the field investigation and analysis,we obtained thecost-benefit status of each link of the beef cattle industry chain in Anhui Province.The results show that there are serious imbalances in interest distribution between the main parties in the industry chain.Due to the high cost of cultivation,long cycle,and asymmetric market transaction information,the breeding subjects are in absolute disadvantage in the distribution of benefits in the entire industry chain,and retailers have an absolute advantage in the distribution of benefits.The unbalanced distribution of interests of different subjects in the industry chain will affect the development of the industry,especially if the production links in the basic position are restricted,it will make the various links in the industry chain unable to coordinate operation and out of touch with each other.To make the beef cattle industry develop steadily,it is necessary to change the distribution pattern of profits in the current industrial chain so that the profits between the various links are relatively reasonable,and the degree of connection between them is increased,and the development of the beef cattle industry is jointly promoted.Once again,an empirical analysis of the links in the beef cattle industry chain shows that there is a close relationship between the upstream and downstream links of the beef cattle industry chain,that is,there is a comparison between the yak production-shelf fattening chain and the shelf beef fattening-beef processing chain.Obvious correlation,the degree of fit between adjacent links is also better.At the same time,the use of the error coefficient size that feed production-yak production chain,yak production-shelf cattle fattening chain is tight,then the two chains should be given priority to integrate.In the short term,the prices of corn,yak,slaughter,and beef are all affected by their own inertia.However,over time,this effect has begun to decline in the long run,and the impact from the vertical and upstream links in the industry chain has been presented.Out gradually increasing trend.Then take Shaanxi Qinbao Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.and Anhui Ludi Food Co.,Ltd.as examples to analyze the typical cases of beef cattle industrial
