| The aim of this experiment was to explore application effects of Oregano oil and Cinnamaldehyde in broilers.540 healthy,1 d years old broilers were selected and andomly divided into six groups: the group ?(the control group),the experimental group II,III,IV,V and VI,3 replicates per group,30 broilers per replicate.The feeding experimental period was 56 d.The control group broilers were fed to basal diet supplemented antibiotic(1-21 days of age: 50% of kitasamycin 50mg/kg and 15% of salinomycin 75mg/kg;21-56 days of age: 12.5% of kitasamycin 10mg/kg);the group II,III and IV broilers were fed to basal diet supplemented 40,80 and 120 mg/kg of Cinnamaldehyde;the group V and VI broilers were fed to basal diet supplemented 50 and 100mg/kg of Cinnamaldehyde.The feeding experimental results were as follow:(1)1-21d:,ADG of the group II,III,IV,V and VI broilers increased respectively by 10.18%(P<0.05),8.57%(P<0.05),6.89%(P<0.05),8.17%(P<0.05),7.97%(P<0.05)compared with the control group;F/G of the group II,IV,V,VI decreased by 8.48%(P<0.05),7.27%(P<0.05),8.48%(P<0.05),9.70%(P<0.05).1-56d: ADG of the group III broilers increased by 5.68%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.(2)The activity of ALT in the test group IV was 61.97%(P<0.05)less than that in the control group.The IgA of test group VI was 68.97%(P<0.05)higher than that of the control group.IgM content of test group II,III,IV,V and VI increased by 169.09%(P<0.05),283.64%(P<0.01),300%(P<0.01),214.55%(P<0.05)and 301.82%(P<0.01)compared with the control group.(3)The number of E.coli in the digestive tract of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).The number of Lactobacillus in the digestive tract of the group II,III,V broilers increased by 1.45%(P>0.05),1.58%(P>0.05),0.07%(P>0.05)compared with the control group.(4)The muscle tenderness of group II broilers was reduced by 40.96%(P<0.05)compared with the control group,but the groups IV and VI groups was increased by 66.05%(P<0.01)and 34.93%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.The muscle cooking loss of the experimental group II,III,V,VI decreased respectively by 7.13%(P<0.05),10.62%(P<0.05),7.45%(P<0.05),4.75%(P<0.05)compared with the control group,but that of the group IV improved 4.28%(P<0.05).Based on the above results,conclusion can be made: Cinnamaldehyde and oregano oil can improve the production performance of broilers,enhance the immune function of broilers,improve the meat quality of broilers.In the above aspects,cinnamaldehyde and oregano oil can replace antibiotics in the diet of broilers;moreover,the first two aspects of feeding in broilers are better than antibiotics. |
