Development And Verification Of A Comprehensive Evaluation And Analysis System For Sweet Orange Fruit Quality

Sweet orange is the most widely cultivated citrus variety group in the world,and its planting scale in China is only second to that of wide-skinned citrus.There is a huge space for the development of sweet orange industry in China.Citrus fruit quality is the fundamental factor to determine its market competitiveness,and quality evaluation is an important part of variety selection and fruit selection.The citrus fruit quality analysis index is many,the quantity is big,the appraisal standard is different,the unit is different,cannot put together to carry on the comparison generally.On the basis of the quantitative model of comprehensive evaluation of Bingtang sweet orange fruit quality established by our research group,the variety characteristics of blood orange and navel orange were analyzed,and the fruit quality was analyzed.The quantitative model of comprehensive evaluation of blood orange and navel orange fruit quality was established by standardized value weighting method.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis systems for fruit quality of Bingtang sweet orange,blood orange and navel orange were also developed,and they were rigorously tested and optimized.Then experts were organized on the Bingtang sweet orange,blood orange and navel orange taste,verify the development of three sets of fruit quality comprehensive evaluation and analysis system,in order to the whole orange fruit quality comprehensive evaluation and analysis system as accurate and objective as possible.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation(r = 0.585,p < 0.01)between the systematic ranking and the taste ranking in the evaluation of Bingtang sweet orange fruit quality.There was a significant positive correlation(r = 0.762,p < 0.01)between the systematic ranking and the taste ranking in the evaluation of blood orange fruit quality.There was a significant positive correlation(r = 0.544,p < 0.01)between the systematic ranking and the taste ranking in the evaluation of navel orange fruit quality.This indicated that the comprehensive evaluation and analysis system of sweet orange fruit quality was reasonable and feasible,and could be applied to the actual situation.This evaluation system can reduce the workload of comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality,improve work efficiency,and make the results more accurate and reliable.It can accurately and scientifically analyze and evaluate the fruit quality of sweet orange,which plays a vital role in the breeding,improvement and planting structure adjustment of sweet orange varieties.It also provides a scientific basis for the preservation of citrus germplasm resources and the breeding of good varieties.
