Vegetable factory is the new trend in the development of agricultural facilities at present,With the related technology to update and improve all aspects of vegetable production have achieved a certain degree of automation and mechanization,but the seedling disc handling operations still take the human put links the way.Therefore,aiming at the problems such as difficult transport of seedling tray and great intensity of placement during the cultivation of hydroponic vegetables,the design and research of automatic seeding system was carried out.The main research contents are as follows:According to the working conditions and the client requirements for the automatic loading plate system,the demand analysis was conducted.Based on the comparison of the existing seedling plate transportation and placement equipment,the system scheme and overall layout design were carried out.It also planned the research technical route to ensure that the design was reasonable and efficient.The mechanical structure of each part is designed in detail,and the virtual prototype is drawn by three dimensional Solid works software,including the design of feeding car,wire rope drive,seeding tray frame,swing car and so on.The structural analysis of the chassis of the swing car,the selection and verification of the timing belt,and the selection of each drive motor are performed.The key components were analyzed and verified by finite element analysis to meet the strength requirements.The control system of the placement device is designed,with touch-screen as the upper computer and plc as the control method of the lower part.Firstly,the control part of the hardware and software needs analysis to determine the types of electrical components,and use fuzzy control and traditional PID as the combination algorithm for brushless DC motor control.The results in Matlab Simlink will be compared with the traditional PID Simulation and verification of its rationality.Then the paper drawing out the electrical schematics according to requirements and writing a PLC control program and touch screen control interface.Select the 3D model of the wobble plate car,use Adams to carry out motion simulation,and analyze the obtained graph to verify whether it meets the design requirements.Then the prototype of the car is assembled,and it is tested whether the prototype operation can achieve positioning accuracy,the stability during operation,whether each seedling plate can be captured,whether it can achieve a satisfactory pushing effect.Collect the data obtained from the test and analyze the test results.The results were analyzed and the tests showed that the device was reliable in overall operation and precise in the wobble plate.It was able to perform wobble operation for a long time.
