Cognition And Willingness Of Cultivated Land Protection Of New Agricultural Operators In Jilin Province

Land as the basis of human survival,is the root of the development of agriculture and social economy.At the same time,cultivated land as an important part of land resources is directly affecting our agricultural production and ecological environment.In China with high economic growth,the way and quality of the utilization of cultivated land are undergoing unprecedented changes under the pressure of the huge demand for population growth and social development.In recent years,the number of cultivated land protection in China is generally ignored,and the problem of quality protection for cultivated land is neglected.The quality of cultivated land has been seriously reduced,and the reduction of soil organic matter,soil consolidation and soil thinning have become the restrictive factors for the sustainable development of agriculture in the main grain producing areas of China.The "three rights division" policy will have important guiding significance to the reform of the rural land property rights system in the future period,and will also have a very positive impact on the development of agriculture and rural development in China.But there are some drawbacks in the "three rights division" of rural land.In regard to the protection of cultivated land,the "three rights division" directly leads to the short-term behavior of the agricultural management subject in the protection of cultivated land.The main objective of the main body of the agricultural operation is to achieve the maximization of its own interests,but not to the target of national food security and the target of cultivated land protection,thus triggering the short-term interests of the individual and the long-term interests of the country.Conflict.Today,there are many policies to protect the cultivated land,but the quality of cultivated land still has a downward trend.As the user of the cultivated land,the new agricultural management subject has a direct impact on the quality of cultivated land and the implementation effect of the policy of cultivated land protection and protection.Taking this as the background and taking the new agricultural management subject as the research object,this paper investigates its cognition and participation in the protection of cultivated land,analyzes the main factors affecting the protection of the cultivated land,and promotes the protection of the cultivated land voluntarily and effectively,and provides a reference for the sustainable development of agriculture in China.This paper investigates the cognition and willingness of new agricultural operators in Jilin province to protect farmland.First of all,on the basis of reading a lot of literature at home and abroad,a questionnaire survey was carried out,and the cognition degree of the new agricultural management subject to cultivated land protection,the willingness to participate and the shortage of cultivated land protection under the existing policy were analyzed.The four management models(family farms,major households,farmers’ cooperatives and agricultural enterprises)are analyzed with the data results,and the differences in the cognition and participation of the four kinds of management modes in cultivated land protection are analyzed,and the two yuan Logistic function model is used to study the protection behavior of the new agricultural management body.The influencing factors were determined to determine the main factors that affect the protection of cultivated land by new agricultural operators.And the analysis of the current policies to encourage the operators to protect the cultivated land still have some shortcomings,and finally put forward some suggestions to make the new agricultural operators to protect the cultivated land voluntarily and effectively,to implement the policy of cultivated land protection,and to promote the sustainable development of agricultural modernization in China.On the basis of the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.continue to cultivate new type of agricultural management body,introduce talents,give play to the resources advantage of the new agricultural management body on cultivated land protection;2.continue to improve the enthusiasm of cultivated land protection and strengthen the restraint and supervision mechanism,and expand the propaganda of the government to the protection of cultivated land.Training and lectures are set up in accordance with laws and regulations of cultivated land protection;3.strengthen the support for the new agricultural management and ensure its economic benefits;4.solve the problem of insufficient labor force;5.strengthen the popularization of cultivated land conservation knowledge and management methods;6.increase the research and development of agricultural science and technology;7.cultivate agricultural talents and carry out arable land Protection of technical training.
