With the development of economy,the consumption of water resources also increases.Therefore,it is imperative to develop water-saving irrigation methods.As people's living standards increase,they are increasingly sought after for seasonal vegetables,so greenhouses have achieved unprecedented development.This article takes the different burial depths of micro tube as the research object.Study on the soil properties of micro tube with different depths of soil and the effects on green pepper and Pakchoi in a greenhouse without heating in the solar greenhouse of Hebei University of Engineering at March to July 2017.The effects of different buried depths on the infiltration volume,the migration of the wet front,and the soil moisture content of all sides of the wetted body were analyzed.And the effect on the growth index,physiological index,root system,yield,water use efficiency and stomatal structure of green pepper and oilseed rape.The main results are as follows:?1?Different depths of micro tube have a significant effect on cumulative infiltration of unit length micro tube.At the same time,the cumulative infiltration capacity per unit length of micro-fluidic tube decreases with the increase of the depth of the micro tube.And the relationship between the cumulative infiltration volume per unit length of the micro tube and the time is in accordance with the linear function;?2?At the same time,the wetted front migration distances in different directions of the micro tube are positively correlated with time.In the same depth,Vertical infiltration distance of wet front?Wet front horizontal infiltration distance to the right?Wet front level infiltration distance,In the initial stage of infiltration,the cross-sectional shape of the wetted body is a circle centered on the microfluidic tube.As the infiltration time increases gradually becomes an irregular oval.The relationship between the infiltration distance and the time in each side of the micro-fluidic pipe with different buried-wet fronts is in accordance with the power function;?3?The moisture content in the vertical,horizontal,right,and vertical downward directions of the wetted body decreases with the distance from the center of the micro tube.In the case of the same direction and different depths of the same depth,the soil water content decreases with the gradual increase of the depths of the micro tube.In the case of the same distance and the same buried depth in different directions,the relationship between soil moisture content is as follows:vertical downward>horizontal>vertical upward.And the soil moisture content and the distance from the center of the micro tube meet the quadratic function relationship;?4?During the whole growth period of pakchoi,the temperature in the greenhouse is always higher than the temperature outside the greenhouse.The temperature in the greenhouse and the temperature outside the greenhouse gradually increase with the growing period.The canopy canopy temperature is always higher than the canopy temperature of each treatment.The number of leaves and leaf area of pakchoi with slightly moistened oil were higher than that of furrow irrigation.The dynamic change of soil water content in different buried depths of the micro tube is T2?wet tube buried depth 15cm?.The volumetric water content of soil is higher than other depths and furrow irrigation.Its physiological indexes such as photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate are superior to those of other buried depth micro-irrigation treatments and furrow irrigation treatments.Root morphology,root volume,main root diameter,root surface area,root length,root-shoot ratio,and underground biomass of different burying depths of pakchoi were greater than that of furrow irrigation.When the depth of the micro tube is 15cm,the shape of the root system and the indexes of the root system are the best.Different depths of micro tube have significant effects on the yield and water use efficiency of pakchoi.The yield and irrigation water use efficiency of pakchoi treated with micro-wetting irrigation was better than that of furrow irrigation treatment,and its water use efficiency was 1.41 to2.67 times that of control treatment of furrow irrigation.Different burial depths of micro tubes have significant effects on the structure and density of stomata in the leaves of pakchoi.The length,width,perimeter,area,and density of the pores with a depth of15cm in the microfluidic tubing are better than those in other depths of micro irrigation.The length,perimeter and area of pores treated with micro-wetting irrigation are superior to furrow irrigation treatment;?5?Compared with furrow irrigation,micro tube irrigation and furrow irrigation had significant differences in plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,leaf area,photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,which were higher than that of furrow irrigation control treatment.When the depth of the micro tube was 15cm,the growth indexes such as plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,and photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,and chlorophyll content were all superior to those of other depths of micro-wetting treatment and furrow irrigation.Root morphology,root/shoot ratio,and underground biomass of different burying green peppers were greater than that of furrow irrigation.The root volume,main root diameter,root surface area,and root length of the furrow-growing green pepper were larger than the depth of the micro tube by 15cm.The root system morphology and root indexes are optimal when the depth of the micro tube is 15cm.Different depths of micro tubes have significant effects on green pepper yield and water use efficiency.The water use efficiency of irrigated irrigation treatment was 2.31 to 4.95 times that of CK in furrow irrigation treatment.Different depths of micro tubes have significant effects on the length,width,density and perimeter of stomata in green pepper leaves.Stem length and length of green pepper leaves treated with different depths of micro tubes were larger than that of furrow irrigation.The pore density is the largest and the pore width is the largest when the micro tube is buried 15cm deep.
