Effects Of Air Purifying Sterilizer On Microbiology And The Growth And Development Of Cucumber And Chinese Pakchoi In Solar Greenhouse

Solar greenhouse industry,as the main part of China's facility agriculture industry,is the most profitable industry in the planting industry.But solar greenhouse is a relatively airtight space and it has poor ventilation.It easily breeds bacteria and accumulated poisonous gas such as ammonia,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide and ethylene.These poisonous gas and germs have serious harm to cultivation vegetables.And the excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has become the main reason for restricting the safe production of protected vegetables in our country.Air purifying sterilizer can sterilize and purify environment which reduce the content of harmful gases in the environment,as well as the invasion of bacteria and fungi on vegetable crops.In this way air purifying sterilizer can help reduce pesticides usage,or refuse to use,which has important significance and broad development prospects for green vegetable production.In addition,air purification sterilizer investment,benefit for many years,in the greenhouse management can save labor and reduce costs,so that farmers could get more income.In this research,cucumber variety 'Jinlv 30' and Chinese pakchoi cultivar 'Huajing Chinese pakchoi' were used as tested material.Study the effect of air purification sterilizer on solar greenhouse environment to air microorganisms,the concentration of harmful gas,cucumber and Chinese pakchoi airborne disease control effect and physiological characteristics of cucumber and Chinese pakchoi,cucumber and Chinese pakchoi's yield and quality.The results showed that:1.The bactericidal efficiency of the air purifier in solar greenhouse is 75.05%,and the bactericidal efficiency of fungi is 79.84%.The air purifier can maintain the number of bacteria and fungi in solar greenhouse less than 2500 cfu/m3,and meet the requirements of the national standard(GB/T18883-2002)for indoor air quality.Air purifier can significantly reduce the harmful gas content in the facilities.2.Air purifying sterilizer is effective in preventing and controlling common air borne diseases of cucumber and Chinese pakchoi.Air purifying sterilizer can significantly Air purifier can significantly reduce the disease index of common air borne diseases in cucumber such as powdery mildew,downy mildew,scab,anthracnose and fusarium blight.Air purifier can significantly reduce the disease index of common air borne diseases in Chinese pakchoi such as downy mildew,anthracnose,soft rot and Rhizoctonia leaf rot disease.3.Air purification sterilizer can significantly improve the facilities of cucumber and Chinese pakchoi's plant antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD,CAT,APX activity,decreased malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration.This can delay Chinese pakchoi and cucumber's senescence,and improve the resistance of cucumber plants in a certain extent.4.Air purifier can significantly improve the quality of cucumber,and improve the quality and yield of cucumber and Chinese pakchoi.5.Air purifying sterilizer can substitute for the use of pesticides in the cultivation of protected vegetables.Air purifying sterilizer can reduce labor costs and improve the mechanization and automation level of the facilities.
