Desigen And Implementation Of Intelligent Feeding System For Sows Based On The Expert System

Agriculture is gradually tend to informationization and automa-tization with information technology and automation technology applied to agriculture,which can improves the production efficiency of agriculture reduces agricultural production cost,and strengthen the competitiveness in international markets for agricultural products.In order to solve the problem that how to improve the information management system of pig raising company and realize thesow automatic precision feeding, a kind of intelligent feeding system based on expert system is designed, relying on a pig breeding leading agricultural enterprise,the system takes full considered of the individual information and environment information of pig,What’s more,it takes full used of the theoretical knowledge of expert and practical experience of users,the proposed feeding system is suitable for automation of pig breeding enterprise and provides a good example for the automation sow breeding in our country.The proposed system consists of information management subsystem and automatic feeding subsystem.The exploitation which mainy includes two parts: building and maintenance of background database and exploitation of front application. The information management subsystem exploitation uses C++ as a development language and SQL sever as a backend database,using MFC framework class as monitor interface design method The former mainly consists of the man-machine interactive interface,expert system, backend database, PC system composition, The man-machine interaction interface mainly achieves information or command receiving and sending; The expert system can complete the sow feed intake forecast with the method of forward reasoning based on professional knowledge and user experience of sow raising.before establishing knowledge of sows in food intake and the corresponding rule base. The automatic feeding subsystem is consist of RFID module, information collection module, motor control module and communication module, in which AT89S52 single chip microcomputer is applied to the main controller of lower computer system. It can complete automation control of sow feed process and automatic acquisition of environment information.The test results indicate that the designed system can fully meet specifications requirements through field test. It can realize information management system of pig raising company and achieve the sow automatic precision feed intake,The system is helpful to reduce the waste of feed, to meet the demand of user.
