Seed pretreatment technology is currently the general term for seed treatment methods internationally.Including physical,chemical,seed coating and other methods.The use of pre-treatment technology to treat seeds is conducive to the improvement of seed vigor,and ultimately to a certain extent to promote high crop yields.In the process of seed production,the deterioration of seed ageing is widespread.The seed germination effect is not ideal,and the vitality is reduced,which can not meet the production needs.Appropriate use of physical,chemical,and biological methods prior to sowing to treat seeds or supplement the nutrients can increase seed vigor and delay seed ageing.However,there are differences in the optimal processing conditions for different plant seeds.In this study,in order to explore effective pepper seed pre-treatment techniques,the seeds of“Dongnongkuaijiao No.1”were used as test materials,and 9 methods were used in the two major categories of chemical physics.Single factor analysis was used to determine the scope of orthogonal experiments.The L9?3?4 orthogonal design conditions were used to treat the pepper seeds.The data of four indicators in the process of germination were analyzed.Significant difference analysis and extremely bad methods were used to determine the primary and secondary influences among the factors and the final selection was made.The vitality index enhances the most significant combination and determines the best treatment.The pepper seeds were further treated with the best processing conditions,and germination tests were conducted.Measure physiological and biochemical indicators before and after treatment and study the mechanism of the increase of seed vigor.The results show:1.PEG,mannitol,GA,6-BA,ASA,CaCl2,KH2PO4,magnetic fields,electric fields and other two major chemical and physical categories,9 kinds of treatment methods can improve the seed germination and seed vigor in different degrees.The results of significance analysis and range analysis showed that the treatment method category,test temperature,initiation time,and reagent concentration had different effects on seed germination power and vigor.2.L9?3?4 orthogonal design is used to screen the best processing conditions among the 9processing methods.The seed vigour index was used as the judgment basis for the treatment effect,and finally different treatment methods were obtained?chemical methods:PEG,mannitol,GA,6-BA,ASA,CaCl2,KH2PO4;physical method:magnetic field,electric field?The best condition combination,comparing the treatment effect of each combination,at 25°C,the PEG?4000?solution with a concentration of 7.5%was found to induce pepper seeds for 12 h,and the seed had the best vigor.3.Different treatments have different effects on the physiology and biochemistry of seeds.Physiological and biochemical measurements of the treated seeds showed that all treated seeds had undergone changes in their physiological and biochemical indicators,and there was a significant increase in soluble protein content in the material metabolism.The MDA content reflecting the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation decreased.The CAT,POD and SOD in the antioxidant enzyme system were all higher than those in the control.4.80%tebuconazole and 70%imidacloprid,80%tebuconazole and 90%virulent were mixed in different proportions as the main components,the results showed that the formulated six kinds of seed coating agents can inhibit the growth of Fusarium oxysporum races 1 and 2 to different extents,but 80%tebuconazole and 90%virulent spirit combination seed coating agents have better bacteriostatic effect.
