In order to explore the effect of corona field and dielectric separation on seed vigor of hybrid rice,N Liangyouhuazhan(product in 2015,2016),Wangliangyou 6(product in 2015,2016)and Y Liangyou 9918(product in 2014,2016)are used as the test materials to research the treated seed vigor,physiological and biochemical indexs by using the corona field,the dielectric separation and the corona field+dielectric separation treatment,respectively.The main results were as follows:1.After both field strength and time treatment for N Liangyouhuazhan(2015),it showed that there were certain interaction effects,and seed vigor could be improved under the treatments of small field strength,long time and big field strength,short time.Additionally,the treatments of big field strength,long time and small field strength short time could also improve the vigor,to some extent.2.The results showed that vigor of different varieties hybrid seeds was increased significantly under the corona field treatment with the field strength of 200 KM/m for 4 min,especially the seeds with a low vigor.3.The seed conductivity and the content of malondialdehyde in seedling were reduced,but the content of proline,activity of peroxidase and root vitality were increased after the seeds treated by the corona field suitably.4.The seeds of N Liangyouhuazhan(2015)were dielectric separated when the rotating drum having a rotating speed of 30r/min.The result showed that,with the increase of sorting voltage,the proportion of class I seeds was lower,the II was higher;and proportion of II was had a smaller change range.The germination energy,germination rate,germination index,and vigor index of I and II seeds all showed an increasing trend;And sorting voltage of 4500 V was prefect.5.Various hybrid seeds were perfectly dielectric separated with a rotating speed of 30r/min and a sorting voltage of 4500 V.There were significant differences of vigor index among the separated all class seeds.The result showed that separating effect on Wangliangyou 6(2016)was best,and the vigor of the separated I and II seeds had a biggest increasing range compared with CK.6.After the seeds were treated by optimized corona field combined with the dielectric separation,it showed that there were significant differences of vigor index among the separated I,II and III seeds,and it was significantly higher than those with a single dielectric separation.In summary,the optimized corona field treatment could significantly improve the hybrid rice seed vigor;Dielectric separation could separate seeds according to various vigors.The treatment of optimized corona field combined with the dielectric separation could improve seed vigor and separating seeds according to the vitality simultaneously.
