As a representative indicator of the efficiency of irrigation water,the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water(hereinafter referred to as coefficient)refers to the amount of water diversion at the entrance of the water intake at a certain time or a certain period of time divided by the amount of water that is absorbed by the crops.It is related to the regional water conservancy infrastructure,irrigation system,water-saving level and climatic conditions.First,this paper select broadly representative on behalf of the land in a typical irrigation area,with field observation for unit per acre clean water and irrigation water use MAO,determine the typical net irrigation area,irrigation water volume MAO,thus it is concluded that the entire province all typical irrigation area,the net irrigation water volume of the,again through the calculation of large,medium and small amount of water,pure coefficient of four different types of irrigation area,such as the well consolidated calculation coefficient of the province of large,medium and small,pure area average,finally based on the coefficient of different types of irrigation area,Shandong province coefficient analysis.Secondly,this paper selects four factors,such as water resource status,project investment,water management and water-saving capacity.Based on calendar year entire province coefficient calculation case,the coefficient as the Y value of panel data analysis,to make X value coefficient of each influence factor regression analysis,it is concluded that the relation between the related influence factor and coefficient,coefficient of comprehensive analysis and engineering investment,water resource management,the relationship between the factors such as rainfall conditions:was significantly negative correlation with coefficient,total water resources of agricultural water use level and coefficient show significant negative correlation,the effective irrigation area,the actual irrigated area,water-saving irrigation area were very significant positive correlation with the coefficient.If to forecast the coefficient,can choose the annual total water resources,agricultural water use,effective irrigation area(because the actual irrigated area,water-saving irrigation area and the effective irrigation area is a strong positive correlation,can choose one)as a predictor variable.Again,in this article,through analysis the following conclusions:the coefficient of absolute value with province water resources,irrigation water use,effective irrigation area of close relationship,the coefficient of Shandong province ranks high in the country,the overall level of the water is higher,with the Shandong agricultural overall lower water consumption and irrigation area development level;The annual coefficient increment change is related to Shandong province's annual engineering investment and agricultural water consumption level.If we want to further improve the provincial coefficient,we should further increase the investment in the whole province,and reduce the irrigation quota or water consumption in each area.Finally,this paper on the basis of correlation analysis,from strengthening policy guiding,regional scale propulsion,typical demonstration promotion,implementation of water saving management,social participation from all parties in 5 how to perform in the next period of Shandong province agricultural water-saving work puts forward opinions and Suggestions.
