The scientific nature,accuracy and reliability of measuring the utilization efficiency ofirrigation water are of great practical significance for the development of agricultural irrigation and the sustainable development of economy and society.At present,in the calculation and research of the utilization efficiency of irrigation water,the problems of large workload of basic data collection and unclear influencing factors have always existed,and the low accuracy of calculation has also affected the application value of the results obtained.Taking liaoning province as an example,through the adoption of point and field,a detailed investigation and study,and the appropriate method of combining the theoretical analysis and research on the various dimensions of irrigation water use efficiency evaluation,through different methods statistical analysis of the measured results at the same time,based on the results and provides measures to optimize the irrigation water use efficiency effectively.The relevant research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)evaluation of effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water at different scalesBased on the analysis of the influencing factors of the variation law of utilization coefficient and the calculation method of the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water,the "head to tail calculation method" was put forward,and a reasonable observation and analysis method was developed for the two main parameters of gross irrigation water consumption and net irrigation water consumption.(2)effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in liaoning provinceStarting from the method of sample analysis,the selection method of sample point irrigation area is determined.The difference of irrigation area scale is analyzed,and the calculation method of utilization coefficient is given.Based on the calculation results of effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in different scale irrigated areas,the index of provincial area was determined by statistical analysis with water weight method.(3)study on countermeasures to improve the effective utilization coefficient of waterThis paper analyzes the temporal and spatial variation of effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in liaoning province,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in liaoning province from four aspects:management measures,engineering measures,agronomic measures and water price measures.
