Considering the problems such as the backwardness of agricultural production in China and the shortage of land resources due to the abuse of chemicals,this paper has designed a planting control system for physical agriculture.The existing planting control system also has many problems such as strong coupling,inconsistent sensor sampling circuit,inflexible node design,poor practical application effect,etc.This system can collect a variety of environment factors,including air temperature and humidity,light intensity,atmospheric pressure,carbon dioxide concentration,soil temperature,soil humidity and conductivity.It adopts ZigBee and NB-IoT as the communication method,reserves for a number of scalable sensor interface and composite power supply structure and it makes decisions based on the data collected by the sensors to achieve environmental control.This project is based on the Soochow University-Lumlux Institute of Facility Agriculture.The core contents of this paper are as follows:(?)This paper proposes the separation of acquisition and control functions,designing two types of underlying nodes,multiple power supply modules to deal with complex field environments.(?)The separation of the sensor and the environment collection module solves the problem of confusion in the external interfaces of different sensors.The multiple interfaces are reserved to make the sensors easier to maintain,replace,and expand.According to plant growth requirements,this system can drive plant light module,photoelectric trap module and other auxiliary modules to adjust the physical environment factors.(?)The system utilizes the self-organizing and high reliability of ZigBee for short distance data aggregation and uses NB-IoT to upload data,which reduces costs and increases system scalability.This system has a high practical application value for the collection of basic agricultural data,promotion of physical agriculture,and sustainable cultivation of farmland.
