| As an important part of precision agriculture,precise seeding and fertilization technology can operate on demand variables on each target unit based on farmland differences,thus greatly reduce the cost of agricultural labor consumption and significantly improve the economic and ecological benefits of agricultural operations.Precise seeding and fertilization machine and its intelligent control software are the key factors to achieve precise seeding and fertilization.In this paper,based on the survey of domestic and forgien’s variable seeding and fertilization,the software programming technology and embedded GIS technology were used to develop the intelligent control software designed for precise seeding and fertilization of wheat,and finally the variable rate operation based on prescription was realized.According to the research and development process of intelligent control software and the solution of its key problems,this paper is mainly divided into three parts:according to the operating width,minimum turning radius and working area of the seeding and fertilization machine,the full coverage path planning is carried out to minimize the "missed seeding","reseeding" and other phenomena in the complex field environment,so as to greatly improve the operating efficiency;GIS development kit is used to load the prescription map and render the working area;and with the object-oriented thinking,the"component object model" will be fully applied to the software interface integration and function realization,greatly reduce the cost of software use learning,for the software to lay a solid foundation for the promotion and application.The intelligent control software of wheat precise seeding and fertilization based on embedded GIS was developed by Java programming language with toolkits such as Geotools,ArcGIS Runtime and Medusa.The software mainly realizes the following functions:plan the field-full-coverage path of the seeding and fertilization machine,which can improve the operating efficiency as much as possible on the premise of ensuring that the operating area covers the whole field;generate and modify the target operation instruction on the current position according to the topology model and time lag model,so as to further improve the precision of seeding and fertilization machine variable-rate application;achieve data interaction between the intelligent control software and the seeding and fertilizer machine through the serial port,and control the working state of the seeding and fertilization machine in real time to guide its field variable-rate application;Hibernate framework can be used to save the operation data of seeding and fertilization machine,which is convenient for quantitative analysis of the quality of field variable-rate application;the ArcGIS Runtime class was used to generate and store the operation record graph,and the record graph was compared with the prescription map,so as to directly evaluate the effect of seeding and fertilization machine in field operation. |
