Operating State Of Heilongjiang Hog Breeding Enterprises Based On Vertical Cooperation Index

Chinese hog industry has a low level of main business operations and weak market competitiveness,which is mainly due to its single cooperation mode,low cooperation level,and poor cooperation stability.In Heilongjiang Province,the main hog breeding is mainly small-scale and retail households.The number of large-and medium-sized enterprises is relatively small.The lack of effective cooperation among enterprises has slowed down the development of the hog industry in the region.This article focuses on hog breeding companies as the core research object and scientifically defines the concept of vertical cooperation index.Based on this,it analyzes the influence of upstream and downstream cooperation of hog farming enterprises on their operations,and compares “planting + breeding”,“breeding + industry and trade” and planting.The differences in the operating status of breeding companies under the three basic modes of cooperation,including breeding + industry trade,and the establishment of vertical cooperation index of hog breeding enterprises and simulations,using Heilongjiang Province as a sample to measure their vertical cooperation index,and analyze the impact of cooperation on enterprises’ benefit,explore the quantitative relationship between cooperation enterprises’ scale and profit,combined with the differences in cooperation modes,the comparison of the operating status of breeding companies,and the trend of fluctuations in cooperation index,provide theoretical basis and case support for decision-making related to hog industry.The main research content of this paper includes three parts: the establishment of the vertical cooperation index of hog farming enterprises,the analysis of cooperation depth based on index calculation,and the analysis of the relationship between cooperation and the operating status of breeding companies.The establishment of vertical cooperation index of hog breeding enterprises is based on the basic expressions of the cooperation index,and uses evolutionary game analysis under the three basic cooperation modes of “planting + breeding”,“breeding + industry and trade”and “planting + breeding + industry and trade” The specific functional form of the breeding company’s cooperation index is based on the survey of 147 hog farming enterprises,cooperatives and scale farms in 33 counties in Heilongjiang province.After the data is compiled,the longitudinal cooperation index of hog farming enterprises is measured and the results are analyzed;The results of the calculation of the cooperation index,analysis of the relationship between the depth of cooperation and the company’s revenue,and the relationship between cooperation and the operating status of the breeding companies,exploring the impact of cooperation on the operatingstatus of the breeding companies,and comparing the operating status of the breeding companies under various cooperation modes.Combined with the comparison results of the fluctuation trends of the cooperation index,the relationship between the cooperation mode and the operating status of the breeding companies was analyzed.The research shows that: the increase of cooperation depth is beneficial to increase the income of hog breeding enterprises;cooperation is conducive to improving the operating state of breeding enterprises;“planting + breeding + industry and trade” model It is the most suitable choice for breeding companies in the current market environment.Accordingly,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: Encourage breeding companies to increase the depth of cooperation;continue to promote the scale-up process of hog farming;and implement the cooperation mode of “planting + breeding + industry and trade”.The hog-breeding enterprises can choose their own cooperation model and adopt corresponding cooperation schemes.The government understands the basic operation level of the local hog industry main body and its existing problems through the cooperation index,grasps the operating status of the breeding enterprise in time,and implements appropriate measures.Promote the healthy development of the local hog industry.
