An Analysis Of Straw Resources Utilization In Xinzhou City

Though crop straws are regarded as precious resources,they are often burnt directly in the fields by farmers,which not only contributes to a waste of resources,but also causes air pollution and other bad effects.This article discusses efficient measures of improving the efficiency of crop straw utilization by analyzing the techniques and special straws condition in 14 counties of Xinzhou City.The article points out that enhancing the technology development,increasing financial support,employing scale economy and strengthening government guiding will help promote the efficiency of straw resources utilization.Furthermore,the article argues that measures should be adjusted according to the special condition of each county.For these plain areas with more developed technology and economy like Xinfu District,Wutai and Yuanping,returning straws back to field is a better choice while for those mountainous areas with more developed livestock farming,turning the straws into feedstuff is more available.
