The Research On The Development Strategy Of Green Agriculture

In April 2015,the State Council promulgated the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization,which put forward the integration of green into new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,and realized the "five simultaneous",among which agricultural modernization is a weak part.The philosophy of "Innovation,coordination,green,open and share" was proposed at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,it is the action of developing green philosophy,and the important choice of enhancing the effectiveness of agricultural modernization that the effective integration of agricultural modernization and green philosophy.It is also to promote the construction of ecological civilization.In 2017 "The No.1 document" proposed that the implementation of green production methods would extend the agricultural industry chain,optimize the agricultural industry structure,promote the structural reformation of agricultural supply side,and promote agricultural green sustainable development.The policy of the Party has clarified that the modernization of agriculture is the key to realize the well-off society.The development of green agriculture is the requirement and the necessary condition to realize agricultural modernization and action plan to construct ecological civilization.It is the direction of developing agriculture and countryside in China.In this paper,the development of green agriculture in Yuanqu County in Shanxi Province is taken as the research objective.The relevant literatures of domestic and foreign papers would be studied,as well as the basic theory of green agriculture so that the concept and development essence of green agriculture are clarified.By searching the Shanxi Statistical Yearbook and government report,this paper analyzes the basic conditions of agricultural development in Yuanqu county and the development status of green agriculture combined with field research.It is to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of green agriculture that applying the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the influencing factors from three aspects of economy,ecology and society.This paper analyzes the green agriculture and makes an empirical analysis on its development in Yuanqu County by using that system,and finds out the existing problems.With reference to the empirical analysis,in order to gain economic benefits,achieve the purpose of increasing farmers' income it is proposed to make the effective strategies,making full use of topography features and green agricultural advantages to build the green agricultural industry chain,focusing on industrial integration to develop green agricultural development projects;Agricultural development in existing problems could ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,this paper put forward the development of green agriculture proposals to promote the healthy development of green agricultural in Yuanqu County.
