Research On The Current Situation Of Green Agriculture Development In Zuoyun County

In 2018,the Central Document No.1 proposed a strategy for revitalizing the countryside and accelerating agriculture and rural modernization.A green agriculture model focusing on green,ecology and environmental protection is a necessary way to achieve sustainable agricultural development and sustainable socio-economic development.The development of green agriculture is in line with the green development concept proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.It is the only way to lead the direction of agricultural development and give play to comparative advantages.select.Zuoyun County,as a small county in the northern mountainous area,is a veritable coal resource county.In recent years,the "coal-based" development model has enabled the county’s economic indicators to advance faster than ever before.However,while the economy is developing rapidly,it is also facing the dual pressures of ecological security and economic transformation.Faced with pressure,Zuoyun County should explore a more reasonable transformation and development road that is in line with its own reality.Green agriculture,while driving economic development,can not only improve comprehensive benefits,ensure the safety of agricultural products,but also improve the ecological environment.Since 2010,Zuoyun County has taken overall planning into consideration and coordinated development,changing from the old tone of "coal-based" to a new idea of "green-based".At present,Zuoyun County also has the environmental foundation and policy support for developing green agriculture.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process and coefficient of variation method to select four primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators to establish an evaluation model to quantitatively analyze the development level of green agriculture in Zuoyun County.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation scores of green agriculture development in Zuoyun County from 2013 to 2017 were obtained,namely 0.47,0.56,0.61,0.66,and 0.83.According to the evaluation system,it is believed that the development model of green agriculture in Zuoyun County in 2017 has been basically realized,and from the comprehensive trend of green agriculture evaluation in 2013-2017,it is certain that the development of green agriculture in Zuoyun County is gradually improving,and the level of green development is continuously improving,but at the same time There are some problems that need further improvement.
