Various strengthening indicators of agricultural vehicle continue to improve.Frame is the framework and foundation of agricultural vehicle,and its strength and stiffness characteristics directly determine the overall performance of agricultural vehicle.In this paper,the frame of agricultural vehicle was treated as the research object,and some work has been done mainly in the following aspects:(1)On the basis of reasonable simplification,finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to established a parametric model of frame,obtaining a finite element model of frame after the completion of the grid division.(2)The ANSYS software was used to analyze the strength and performance of the frame of agricultural vehicle,obtaining the displacement distribution and stress distribution of frame under the fully loaded bending condition,the full load torsion condition and the emergency braking condition.(3)The modal analysis of the frame of agricultural vehicle was carried out under the condition of free and restrained states,thereby getting the natural frequencies and modal shapes of the frame,as well as the dynamic characteristics of frame structure.(4)The structure optimization model of the frame was established by using ANSYS software to carry on the structural optimization design for weight reduction.The optimized results showed that the weight of the frame decreased by 9.27%,while the maximum stress decreased by 108.9 MPa.
