In order to develop a sorting device suitable for the soybean combined harvester in southern China,the problem of poor cleaning effect of the southern soybean combined harvester was improved.On the basis of the existing results,taking the 4LZ-4.0 soybean combine harvester commonly used in the southern region as the platform to study,through the combination of theoretical research,simulation analysis,field test,this paper proposes that the current southern soybean combine harvester sorting device still has the problem of mismatched clearing parameters,thick stem leakage sieve blockage and conveying and churning,and the optimization test and structure optimization test of the southern soybean combine harvester are carried out.The cleaning parameters and the structure of the cleaning screen were obtained and the combine harvesting and separation device of the soybean harvest in the south was obtained.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzing the structural composition of the 4LZ–4.0 soybean combine harvester sorting device,the working principle of the cleaning device,the process of soybean ejection in the screening process of each sieve body of the cleaning device and the force of soybean grains on each sieve body,the influence of each working parameter of the soybean combine harvester cleaning device on the extraction effect was obtained,and the conclusion that the fan speed and the tilt angle of the fish scale sieve in the working parameters of the cleaning device had a significant impact on the cleaning effect.(2)Based on the conclusion that some of the clearing parameters in the screening analysis have a significant impact on the cleaning effect,the parameter optimization test was carried out on the clearing parameters,and the best combination of the clearing parameters was obtained: when the fish scale sieve angle was 26.8°,the fan speed was 1075 r/min,and the feeding amount was 2.3 kg/s,the impurity content decreased to 2.07%,and the loss rate dropped to 0.18%,compared with the average loss rate of the commonly used parameters in the field before optimization,the average loss rate decreased by 0.44%.The average impurity content decreased by 0.26%.(3)The distribution law of the exatriate in the clearing sieve surface under the optimal parameter conditions was explored,and the ejection was distributed in the sieve surface with an approximate "Y" shape of "more in front and less behind,more in the middle on both sides",indicating that the exfoliate was placed on the sieve surface along the feeding inlet at both ends of the accumulation,and the local accumulation at the front two ends affected the loss rate and impurity rate;and the physical and mechanical properties measurement and statistical data test of the main components of the exfoliate were carried out,and the physical and mechanical characteristics parameters of the soybean effluent were obtained.(4)Based on the distribution law of the extract in the cleaning screen surface and the measurement results of the physical characteristics of soybean effluent,the finite element and discrete element simulation analysis of the working process of the cleaning device were carried out,the flow field distribution in the cleaning chamber and the movement trend of the soybean extract in the cleaning device were determined,and the coupling model of The Reserve software and the EDEM software cleaning device was established.(5)Combined with the working principle of the sorting device and the simulation analysis of the working process of the cleaning device,it is proposed that there is a problem of thick stem leakage sieve in the tail sieve of the current cleaning device,and a double-layer tail sieve cleaning screen is designed to improve the cleaning effect.Through simulation analysis and field tests,the optimal tilt angle of the bottom tail sieve of the double-layer tail sieve structure was determined,and the working quality comparison test of the double-layer tail sieve and the ordinary tail sieve under the optimal parameters was carried out,and the actual cleaning effect of the double-layer tail sieve was verified.
