| In this study, some detection technologies and methods were applied to the whole production process of cut rose. The data were recorded and analyzed by the analysis of the cultivated mediums, nutrient content in plant, irrigation water, temperature and humidity, pests and diseases.yield and quality of cut rose during the cultivated rose season under the soil cultivation and the substrate cultivation. The comparative analysis was carried out to evaluate their respective advantages. The results were as follows:(1)The pH of the two cultivation modes were acidic during the three flowering periods, and the pH value of the substrate cultivation mode was higher than that of the soil cultivation mode. The detection indicators included organic matter, macroelements(N,P,K)and microelements(Ca.Fe.Mg),whose contents in the soil cultivation mode were far lower than that of the substrate cultivation mode, and the ratios were 1:29,1:4.9,1:6.0 1:6.9,1:5.9,1:5.8,1:7.3.(2)The contents of N,P and K in the soil cultivation mode were 62%~8 1%,19%~54%and 26%~54%in plant respectively. The contents of N,P and K in the substrate cultivation mode were 65%~88%.17%~40%and 29%~62%,indicating that the total content of nitrogen and potassium in the soil cultivation mode were lower than that in the substrate cultivation mode, and the total phosphorus content in the soil cultivation mode was higher than that in the substrate cultivation mode. The ratio of microelements(Ca,Fe and Mg)of plant in soil cultivation mode and substrate cultivation mode were 1:1.3,1.2:1,1:1.5,indicating that the content of calcium and magnesium of plant in the soil cultivation mode were lower than that in the substrate cultivation mode, and the phosphorus content of plant in substrate cultivation mode was higher than that in the substrate cultivation mode.(3)The pH range of irrigation water was 7~8,the range of EC was 500~650 uS/cm during the three flowering periods, and all were in the national farmland irrigation water quality standards(GB 5084-2005)within the scope of national targets.(4)Monitoring data shown that the temperature was the lowest and the humidity was the highest at 3 o’clock to 6 o’clock, the temperature was highest and the humidity was lowest at 12 o’clock to 15 o’clock in a day The minimal and maximum value of temperature and humidity were 17.1℃,30.8 ℃,51.4%,97.2%of the soil cultivation mode and 17.6 ℃,33.1 ℃,46.5%,95.2%of the substrate cultivation mode. The temperature of the substrate cultivation mode was relatively high,so that the plant become relatively strong. The humidity of the soil cultivation mode was relatively high,so that the probability of pests and diseases occurrence become relatively high.(5)In the soil cultivation mode, the occurrence rates of pests and diseases in the vegetative growth period and the buds enlargement period were 1%and 5%.In the soil cultivation mode and the substrate cultivation mode, the plants had the same diseases in the flower bud differentiation and buds enlargement periods, and the incidence rates were 10%.5%,10%,10%.The results showed that the frequency of pests and diseases in the soil cultivation mode was higher than that in the substrate cultivation mode.(6)The average yield of soil cultivation mode and substrate cultivation mode during the three flowering periods were 7423 plants/667m2 and 10170 plants/667m2.The results showed that the rose yield of the substrate mode was higher than that of the soil cultivation mode.Compared with the data, the overall quality of fresh cut flowers in the substrate cultivation was better than that in the soil cultivation..The main reason was that the cultivation medium in the substrate cultivation mode is relatively more nutrient, which makes the branching ability of plant and resistance to pests and diseases relatively stronger than the soil cultivation mode. |
