| Arable land is the base of material production for human life,and it is the foundation of agriculture,related to the food safety,social regulation,economic development,agricultural growth,At the same time,Arable land is the supporter of the farmer revenue increment,agricultural efficiency,rural development.Furthermore,that is the important material resources about people’s developmence.China is a country with many individuals and few lands,arable land is relatively poor,so,the contradiction between population and arable land is very prominent.With the growth of population and economics,the cultivated land in Yunnan province has been decreasing year by year.In order to ensure the sustainable development of social economy in Yunnan province,building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,arable land protection should be strengthened.Based on the principle of land scarcity,the theory of man land relationship and the theory of sustainable development,this paper adopts qualitative analysis,systematic analysis and comparative analysis,from the concept of cultivated land to unfold.Then the qualitative analysis of the cultivated land resources and the total amout of cultivated land change and its change characteristics in Yunnan province are made,found that for a period of time,the total number of cultivated land in Yunnan showed a downward trend,uneven spatial distribution,declining per capita arable land resources,and difficult to develop.The quality grade of cultivated land is low in general,the ecological environment is fragile,the ability of restoring soil fertility is poor,and the difference between regions is great.Therefore,arable land protection must be strengthened,equal emphasis on cultivated land quantity and quality protection.From the aspects of technology,policy,system and infrastructure construction,the comprehensive measures of cultivated land protection should be carried out to realize the dynamic balance and sustainable development of cultivated land. |
