Seedling transplanting cultivation method can shorten the growth period,increase crop yield,the main crop production is of great significance.In our country,most of the seedling transplanting machine works mostly in the form of artificial seedlings for homework and fertilizing method mainly adopts artificial field broadcast,banding or hole.Tobacco transplanting process and growth characteristics,the author of this paper design a demand is a fertilization under pot seedling transplanting machine,the main mechanism for fertilizing transplanting mechanism,synchronous mixing pot seedling and loam matrix into seedlings hole is able to create a sound seedling nest and provide pot seedling root weight,to improve the fertilizer utilization ratio and production efficiency,reduce the intensity of labor is of great significance.In this paper,the area in the south of Anhui province tobacco transplanting of agronomic,smoke of school-age transplanting seedlings to analyze measuring physical properties,to get its average height,average quality,diameter distribution data.Measure of fertilizer mixing matrix analysis,put forward positive under fertilization of transplanting machine structure design,and according to the design of form a complete set of fertilizing transplanting mechanism,a transplanting action can simultaneously complete fertilization transplanting and build the function of the seedlings hole,using Pro/E drawing software rendering 3 d drawings,and assembly of the machine.Design are verified to meet the requirements of fertilization transplanting agronomic,fertilization of transplanting mechanism meets the upright degree meet the agronomic requirements after pot seedling transplanting,pot seedling under low damage rate and pot seedling is a fertilizer requirements,respectively,to fertilize it is under a pot seedling transplanting machine by simulating the distributing device and transplanting fertilization mechanism,using the ADAMAS software to fertilize transplanting machine kinematics analysis was carried out on 3 d model and comparing the movement of the machine speed from 0.2and0.4 m/s when transplanting performance,analysis of the speed of 0.2 m/s,the most suitable using EDEM software to analyze the stability of the device simulation loam fertilization and uniformity,and it is concluded that when distributing device distributing shaft speed of 30 r/min distributing switch time of 0.6 s can obtain uniform stability of fertilizer consumption for 19 g each time.This design research is intended to analyze and solve the existing pot seedling transplanting machine under the pot seedling transplanting is difficult to a one-time is a fertilizer application problems,and improve our production efficiency,reduce the labor intensity significantly improve the efficiency of the pot seedling growth,improve the quality of operation of the existing pot seedling transplanting machine,device for transplanting machine and function optimization provides new theoretical support.Through cooperation with CST automation co.,LTD.,making the prototype,and test of its performance under different transplanting speed,obtained in transplanting machine speed 0.2 m/s,the most conducive to cast seedling transplanting,fertilizer and static experiment indoors rows of fat body fat stability and variation coefficient,and fertilizers leakage rate and the rate of seedlings and the distance between the plant can meet the agronomic requirements.
